New build duplex located in the second row of houses lining the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
It is located on the second floor with elevator and intercom and has a maximum capacity of 6 people.
The duplex consists of a large dining room with tv and direct access to a small but nice terrace with beautiful sea views where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. It has 3 bedrooms with a double bed (150x190 cm), 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, another bathroom with shower and a toilet. Free air conditioning (hot / cold) and free parking.
Pets not allowed. Ideal for families with children, youth groups not allowed.
