Es una villa nueva, construida en 2012 con materiales y técnicas de primera calidad. Toda la casa está aislada y tiene A / C en las 5 habitaciones y sala de estar. Un jardín japonés proporciona frescura y luz en el interior. Orientada al sur y con vistas al mar, piscina privada y jardín. La casa está construida en estilo clásico menorquín con piedra 'Mares', azulejos y vigas de madera. Cuenta con una terraza de 25 m2 con vistas al mar y a la piscina. Un gran chill out / solarium en la terraza tiene vistas panorámicas al mar. Tiene una generosa y cómoda barbacoa de obra. La casa está totalmente equipada y decorada con buen gusto. Wifi de alta velocidad (14 mb) disponible. Nuevo Homecinema con bluetooth y acceso a internet (Netflix, Youtube). Equipado con equipo de snorkel de muchos tamaños. La casa tiene una rampa para discapacitados; la playa también tiene acceso para sillas de ruedas. La playa de arena blanca y poca profundidad de Binibeca se encuentra a unos 6 minutos a pie. Puede alquilar kayaks o tumbonas o tomar una copa en el encantador bar. Está a 10 minutos a pie del pueblo de Torret con supermercado, panadería fresca y varios restaurantes, y a 15 minutos del famoso pueblo de Binibeca con supermercado y varios bares y restaurantes. La casa apenas tiene camino, bares, ruido de personas.

Don’t hesitate - the great reviews are accurate. This is an amazing villa. Rosalia and Alex are fabulous hosts, who were really communicate before and during our stay. The location is perfect - excellent sea views, close to the beach and some great restaurants (6 minute walk.) Don’t miss the local bakery, a fab spot for lunch!We enjoyed every minute and will definitely return in the future. We can’t wait

A very nice Villa, great location and very helpful hosts. The villa was spacious and well equipped as we were a party of 5 adults and 2 young children (3 & 1), the pool and outside facilities were excellent. The location is convenient for the beach, less than a 5 minute walk and there is a small supermarket about 5 minutes away. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, we had lunch in the Paula bar and restaurant which was very good and also had drinks sitting overlooking the small bay. We also ate at Pizzeria Verona and Sa Musclera in Binibequer Vell, a 20 minute walk away both restaurants were good with excellent service. The hosts Rosalia and Alex were very good at communicating and very helpful in suggesting places to eat. They were also very accommodating as we arrived in the resort in the morning and they managed to get us in before midday. Overall an excellent spot and highly recommend villa Sa Palmera.

Delightful holiday

The villa was all we expected—— and more. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, very well equipped and had a large pool which was very well maintained. Lovely neighbourhood and walking distance to some excellent restaurants.

Simply fantastic

The villa exceeded our expectations. Private, secure and spacious, it had everything you could want. We loved the pool and garden and the terrace was a highlight. Good location for mini mart, restaurants and beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome Holiday!

Lovely villa, great location, everythi you could ever need for an amazing holiday. On our last night we listened to the live music from Papua on the roof terrace while the sun went down which was a stunning way to end the holiday. Hosts were great, responsive and offering great advice mid holiday of places to visit. Thanks for having is Sa Palmera!

Fantastic villa close to local beach and restaurants

We had a great week staying here. The villa had a lovely pool and a beautiful sea view. It was very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The property is very close to the local beach and within easy walking distance of a local supermarket and restaurants. Our favourite local restaurants were Paupa and El Faro. It is also v easy to get a taxi into Mahon (around 20 euros each way for a taxi of up to 4 people). The owners were great they gave us lots of advice and were very helpful. I would recommend a stay here.

Fabulous!

The perfect villa for 3 generations, a group of 6. Lots of space inside, most bedrooms with en-suites and a great outdoor space. The location of the villa really couldn’t have been better for us. A beautiful sandy beach on way and rocky coves for snorkelling/jumping the other. Both less than 10 mins walk. Amazing restaurants too - we ate at 4 of them. Delicious and reasonable. Cannot rate this property and location highly enough!

Tip top villa

This was our second visit to this villa and , again, it lived up to all our expectations. The villa was beautifully furnished and equipped. The beds were very comfortable and as there were only 4 of us, we had a toilet/ shower room each! The grounds and pool had been refurbished since last year ( although they were very nice last year!). We certainly hope to return!

Nothing but fantastic

Absolutely brilliant home away from home. Very comfortable and perfect for us as a large family with 5 boys (4-22 years). We had plenty of room and many spaces to relax without being under each others feet! Pool was fantastic for those lazy days. Easy walk down to the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The hosts were wonderful and provided the most amazing guide and were incredibly helpful with our queries. We hope to be back.

Amazing Villa in Binbeca

We had a fantastic stay in Sa Palmera villa in binibeca. The villa was clean with excellent amenities and pool. Terrace and pool great for entertaining us all, cooking on the bbq was brilliant and the sunset view from the roof was very special. The host was easy to communicate with and arranged a special request as we were arriving late on day of check in. An amazing and beautiful area of the island. Fantastic local beach only a few minutes walk. Great little shop well stocked nearby too. The villa has everything we needed and more than enough room for 11 of us to stay and great aircon throughout as it was a very hot week for our stay. No negatives at all and highly recommended.

Great base for family and friends

Very equipped villa. Loved sitting on the shady terrace for drinks and meals throughout the day and night. Great air conditioning. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms (only one bath). Nice, quiet neighbourhood. Didn't realise there would be so many baby things to use (we packed a lot and it was unnecessary!) So good to have a potty, nursing armchair and a sleepyhead day bed. Beach busy and a bit dirty since the storm but nice to visit. Tourist mini train was fun for a trip. Binibeca close by but very small. A very chilled week with everything we needed. Thanks!

We couldn’t recommend this villa more - it was fantastic. The photos don’t do it justice. We were a family of 5 adults and one baby staying and the villa has everything you need and more. The rooms are spacious, the living area is well equipped and the whole place is relaxing and very clean. The pool, garden, veranda and roof terrace meant there’s lots of outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful views and sunshine. Rosalia was a fantastic host, communication was quick and very easy. My husband lost his wedding ring and the gardener found it and it’s been posted back to us in the UK. There were even multiple bottles of wine, sangria and water as a welcome when we arrived - so very kind and thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Rosalia for your beautiful place and top class hospitality as owner. It was a home away from home.

Lovely modern villa in peaceful location

This is a lovely modern villa in a quiet yet convenient location just a couple of minutes walk to lovely beach and a number of bars and restaurants. The pool is nice and reasonably proportioned with comfortable sunbathing area on artificial grass. A very nice feature is the covered verandah which is ideal for daytime dining or just relaxing in the shade. The roof terrace also provides a sun trap during the day and the perfect setting for evening drinks with fantastic views of the beach/coast and sea. Nice BBQ outside with useful sink with hot running water.The villa is well appointed with modern fittings and well designed in most respects. Small criticisms are lack of wardrobe in one bedroom, occasional electrical cut-outs though soon remedied and quite a small dining table on the verandah for potentially up to 10 people. These are very small issues though and we had a really enjoyable family holiday in a lovely villa in beautiful location.

Family holiday

Our holiday was spectacular. The property was as described but even better. The location was the best with literally a less than ten minute walk to a fabulous beach/bay (steps were hard work for my nearly 80 yr old mother and 2 year old nephew with buggy down to the beach,). If you needed to go around the steps then it was a longer walk. The local restaurants and supermarket were also just a few minutes walk and provided everything you would need including snorkels that came in soo handy. The house has everything needed and felt like a home from home but better. I would come back in an instant. Air conditioning fabulous. Washing machine a real bonus, ample fridge/freezer space. Pool was simply a life saver and soo much fun, fantastic. Mosquitos a real problem!! Buy some repellent, we were ravaged and they were nasty! Can’t wait to return

MARVELLOUS VILLA

Villa newly built, Mediterranean style with all the comforts(A/C,TV, Kitchen fullequip,..) Very well located, five minutes walking from the beach,,also close to bars andd restaurants. Along the famous resort "Binibeca Vell".The villa has all the features offered. I want to highlight a magnificient covered terrace next to the living room and kitchen,very handy for meals. Garden with sun loungers and a nice pool. At the top of the building has an outdoor terrace with beautiful sea views and amazing sunsets. Delightful stay ,we will repeat next year. FULLY ADVISABLE

Fantastic

We are two couples with five children in total. We enjoyed very much the stay specially due to i) new house in excellent condition, big rooms and plenty of bathrooms and silent aircon in every room and dining room ii) fantastic location: walking distance the Binibeca white sand beach and restaurants/supermarket of Torret (no need of car) iii) wonderful big veranda with shadow and superb chillout overlooking the sea (ideal for relaxing time) iv) plenty of sunbeds (10) and nice pool. v) big bbq with tap vi) amazing quietness. Fully advisable.

VACACIONES FAMILIARES DE LUJO!

Sa Palmera es un chalet ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en familia como las nuestras. La casa es bonita, espaciosa, bien ubicada ( a 10 minutos del mar), piscina limpia ( ideal para darse un baño después de subir de la playa). Tiene dos terrazas, en la prinicipal estupenda para comer viendo el mar y la de arriba para tomar el café y copas. Sin duda la recomendaría a mis amigos y familiares, de hecho, nosotros repetiremos. ( los niños disfrutaron muchísimo)

Fantastic Villa

The villa is in an excellent location situated between Binibeca and Cala Torret. Some very nice restaurants a short walk away and close to an amazing beach. The villa is Villa furnished to a very high standard with everything you could need provided. The pool was spotlessly clean and cleaned twice during our stay. This was the highlight for our granddaughter ! Owners really responsive with info on nearby area as well as with minor issue we experienced. You could not choose a better place on this beautiful island !

Wonderful Holiday

The villa was wonderful. Huge, with plenty of space for everyone. Really clean and so well equipped with everything you could ever need! The pool again was really clean and cleaned while we were there. Our two grandchildren spent most of their holiday in the pool, learning to swim and even dive! Nice strolls into little towns both ways. Lovely bakery in Cala Torret and great food at Paula. The swimming at Sa Olla not to be missed. Thousands of fish and crystal clear water. Binibequa is lovely too, with more restaurants and cocktail bars. We were a party ranging from 2 to 72 and we had a wonderful holiday at La Palmera. We will be back. Thanks
