It offers the best of both worlds: the peace and total privacy of a secluded retreat with secure off-road parking for up to 5 cars—all while being just a five-minute stroll from Cromer’s famous pier, beaches, and vibrant pubs. SPACE TO ENTERTAIN & UNWIND The heart of the home is the show-stopping 70m2 Garden Room. Designed for socialising, this huge space features bi-fold doors that open fully onto the private walled garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living. It features ample plush seating for all 12 guests, a 55-inch Sony Smart TV for film nights, a high-quality table football table, and board games. You have direct access to the lawns and terrace, making it perfect for warm summer evenings.

For quieter moments, slip away to the separate, snug / Living Room. With a cosy wood burner, three deep sofas, and a second 55-inch Sony Smart TV, it is a quiet escape. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails in the airy Conservatory, an enticing space filled with exotic plants and comfortable seating along with a dining table seating 10.

COOKING & DINING Whether you are hiring a private chef or preparing a Sunday roast, the kitchen is equipped for every occasion. An open archway links the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring the cook remains part of the conversation. Facilities include an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and large fridge-freezer. An AGA is available from December to Easter by request for an extra charge. For mealtimes gather everyone around the grand oval oak table which seats 12 for celebratory dining.

REST & RECHARGE The cottage sleeps 12 guests comfortably across two floors with flexible arrangements to suit your group.

On the Ground Floor, the "Green Bedroom" (King Size) is ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, with easy access to the ground floor wet room.

On the First Floor, you will find five further spacious bedrooms: a Master King with en-suite, a second King room (making three King beds in total), a Double room, and two Twin rooms which each have two single beds (four single beds in total).

In addition to the Master en-suite and the ground floor wet room, the first floor features a family shower room and a separate WC.

THE LOCATION You are just moments from the action. Walk to the beach, grab a barista coffee, or visit a traditional pub within five minutes. Then return to the tranquillity of your seaside sanctuary. Being located inside North Lodge Park offers a tea room, children's play area, and boating pond right on your doorstep.

PRACTICAL DETAILS Parking is a true rarity in Cromer and we offer a secure driveway with space for 4–5 cars. The large cloakroom utility includes a Miele washer-dryer, iron, and storage. For families, we can provide stair gates, high chairs, fire guards, and travel cots upon request.

HOUSE RULES Strictly no pets and strictly no smoking. To preserve the original floors, we kindly ask that outdoor shoes are removed inside the house.
