Exclusivo apartamento de diseño en primera línea de playa Levante, Benidorm, con acceso directo a la playa desde el mismo edificio. Tiene 2 dormitorios y dos cuartos de baños con ducha (1 en suite) y capacidad para 6 personas.

Alojamiento de 70 m² bonito y reformado, tiene una gran terraza con vistas panorámicas al mar, a la bahía y a la ciudad.



Dispone de ascensor, acceso a internet de alta velocidad por fibra (wifi), aire acondicionado en todo el alojamiento, calefacción por bomba de calor, piscina comunitaria+infantil abierta de temporada (01/05 al 31/10), parking aire libre en mismo edificio sujeto a disponibilidad a la llegada, 3 Televisores Smart TV, plancha, secador de pelo.



La cocina americana con isla de inducción, está equipada con nevera, microondas, horno, congelador, lavadora, lavavajillas, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera Dolce Gusto, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor.



- La entrega de llaves y el check-in, se realiza en nuestra oficina situada en la avenida del Mediterráneo 62, Bajos Torre Principado, nombre comercial BenidormBooking, justo en frente del Casino.

- Se retiene un depósito de 200€ en tarjeta de crédito/débito como fianza o efectivo en su defecto.

- Check-in desde las 16:30h (temporada alta desde las 18:00h)

Veracruz apt 20D review

Clean, modern apartment. With all the facilities you would ever need. Nice balcony with views over the beach. 5-10 min walk to the main strip. Two bathrooms. Couldn&#039t really fault the accommodation but like previous reviews it could have done with a full length mirror somewhere. No sunbeds by the pool. Lifts are on the older side and are a bit slow and small (4 persons max).

Perfect place to stay very good value for money.

The location of the property is ideal. Right on the beach. Fantastic views excellent facilities. The key collection place is literally not far from the property which was idea when we had an early flight to catch. We really needed a full length mirror in the property.

beautifully refurbished and a great location. well equipped kitchen. good to have the 2 bathrooms aswell. kitchen sink was a bit smelly but we bought cleaning fluid to put in regularly. could do with a full length mirror

Will book again favourite apartment so far

Amazing views & the sound of the sea Light & airy Space & comfort Walking distance to all areas Supermarket next door There was a bad smell at times not sure if it was outside the apartment. More kitchen utensils needed for those who like to prepare own food More tea towels needed Complimentary dishwasher & washing machine tablets would have been a bonus

fantastic. would definitely stay here again.

beautiful apartment a full length mirror somewhere would have been useful and/or mirror in bedrooms for doing hair etc. I could stand in bathroom to dry hair but mum can’t stand for long and struggled to do her hair and make-up.

We stayed in one of the best apartments in the Levante area.

The location! The view is fabulous. Modern decor and furnishings. Not far from entertainment and bus stops. The caretaker is really welcoming and helpful. I missed a full length mirror. There was a perfect spot for one to be added, between the shower room and second bedroom.
