This lovely villa is situated inside the Boavista Golf Resort and Spa in Lagos. The property has 4 double bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 people. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a shared bathroom. Downstairs is a 4th double bedroom, along with a bathroom, kitchen and a large living area.



The villa is 175 m², and sits on a very large plot with immaculately maintained gardens to both the front and rear of the property. It has been built and furnished to a high standard.



Just across the road from the house is a large communal swimming pool with free access.

The resort provides many activities including Golf, Tennis, Archery and there is also an indoor gym and spa. As a guest, all activities are available at discounted rates.



Outside the accommodation has outdoor garden furniture, sunbeds, a terrace and a barbecue. Equipment indoors, includes an iron, free internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the house, television and a hairdryer. In the kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle are provided.



The property is located close to the Boavista golf course reception , just 500 m from Boavista Resort restaurant. The wonderful beaches of Lagos and Praia da Luz (with numerous restaurants) are a just short drive away and supermarkets are also close by.
