The two-storey Villa Sonia with swimming pool is one of the 11 villas in an unique residential area Hvaretta Villas, located in an attractive natural location on the sunny island of Hvar, only 2,5 km from Stari Grad. Once you arrive to Hvaretta Villas, you fall in love with this place immediately.
The residential complex offers luxury villas inspired by Croatian architecture, but completely renovated and tastefully furnished inside, each with a huge garden and parking space.

Villa Sonia has 4 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. In each bedroom there is one queen-size bed. Baby cot is available upon request and can be prepared in the largest bedroom. On the ground floor there is one largest bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a huge common space with fully equipped kitchen, dining room for up to 10 people and spacious living room with 2 sofas, several coffee tables, smart TV, wi-fi router. At the kitchen you will find all you need including induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven etc. From the common space you have direct entrance to the garden with a private pool and roofed terrace with grill, garden furniture and sunbeds near the pool. tairs in the living room will lead you to the first floor, where there are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. From two of the upstairs´ bedrooms you have access to a sunny terrace, where you can sunbath in complete privacy or just enjoy starry nights. The third bedroom upstairs has smaller balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is also beautiful sunny terrace upstairs with wonderful sea view. Ideal for watching sunset every evening.

Each Hvaretta villa has central A/C with adjustable units in every room. There is also a private parking and a large garden next to the villa.

Electric golf carts are for rent at your disposal, for easier transfers to the nearest beaches (cca 400 m). A safety deposit for golf cart is charged 1.000 EUR on site upon arrival and is returned to the guest on the departure date if no damage is found.

The rental price is inclusive of electricity and water consumption, bedclothes (changed once per week), bathroom towels, pool towels , dishwasher capsules, Nespresso coffee capsules (10), washing powder, pool maintenance on a daily basis, welcome drink.

Hvaretta Bar is opened every day for our guests and it offers drinks, coffee, small refreshments. A playground for children is located just next to the Bar.
