Public trolley stop is located in front of property making it easy to visit Clearwater Beach to St. Petersburg without the hassle of driving and parking. Indian Rocks Beach is such a tranquil beach community. As soon as you arrive you can't help but feel all your stresses drift away. We loved our stay! The house was steps from the beach, there were beach toys available for our kids to use, and the views at the beach were incredible. It was also a very quiet beach. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and was exremely comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at this rental house! The communication from the host was excellent — quick, friendly, and helpful. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras like beach towels, chairs, wagon, and beach umbrella that made our stay so easy and comfortable. It was the perfect spot for a long girls’ weekend — highly recommend staying here!

Clean, comfortable and close to beach

The house was bigger than we expected. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of beach gear and a few days worth of Keurig pods. It is right on the bus line, which we made good use of, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The property caretaker and the host were very responsive.

Lowkey beach getaway

Perfect house for a short beach getaway. Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for us to relax and walk down the street to the beach anytime we felt like it.

Great location - very friendly host

Great experience

Everything was as listed - if we had any questions, Adrienne responded quickly. It was quiet while we were there and it was just a short walk to the beach. It’s a great location and a trolley stop is not far- we were close to a lot of restraints and we had breakfast at Cafe de Paris which great- we would definitely stay here again

Long weekend vacation

We had a great time during our stay starting with a comfortable, clean property. The cottage was well supplied with beach needs, access to a gas grill and access to washer & dryer. We would definitely stay there again.

Super cute and on the beach!

We stayed in the cottage and it was very comfortable! We were driving down after work so the contactless check in was perfect for us! The cottage was very clean and spacious. It was really nice having a designated parking spot because it allowed us to wake up and walk to the beach without the hassle of finding a spot to park. There was a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels available in the cottage. Additionally, we were able to do a late check out, which was really wonderful since we were only staying for a few days. The location is perfect because it’s just a few steps to the beach and walkable to many restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

Old lady getaway

The cottage was just as we expected from the pictures on the Vrbo site. We loved it. We were surprised at the amount of seaweed on the beach. It didn’t stop us from going every day but would be nice if it was removed. Doing that would certainly enhance the beauty of the white sand beach.

Good location but disappointed in the cottage.

The access to the beach was great but the unit itself is in need of some work. The A/C runs constantly and doesn't cool the entire house. Bedrooms are warm and we found the beds uncomfortable. All in all it was a miss for us.

Indian rocks beach

Our cottage was fantastic. It’s all one level and big. Easy walk to beach for people who struggle through sand. Spectacular views!! Already planning next trip here!!

Great cottage and sunshine

The cottage was cute, clean, spacious and so close to the beach it was fantastic! Literally 50 steps to the sand. Hosts were very helpful when we had a couple questions. We would stay here again and again!

Indian Rocks Beach Cottage

The cottage was cute, comfortable, and clean. It was also quite noisy with the street and sidewalk traffic. ( Earplugs needed) The code was not working at check in, so this was a bit stressful after a long travel day, however the property manager realized she forgot to reset it, and it was resolved after about 30 minutes. We finally got into the cottage after all the grocery stores were closed in the area. We were hoping to find a few spare coffee pods, or spare coffee grounds to have coffee to wake up to. (none) The kitchen was lacking some basics like coffee, cooking oil, or spices. This surprised us, as this was the first VRBO after many stays that didn’t have a few of these basic bonuses in the kitchen. The property manager brought a few coffee pods over when she did the lock reset! We sure appreciated this! After a few initial disappointments, we enjoyed our stay! The Gulf Breeze Inn has a great King bed, cozy living room area, plenty of spare bedding, and we quickly Settled in to enjoying the rest of our stay just steps away from the beach! We loved the area, and sunsets! The cottage stay was pleasant!

A a Florida native I grew up on the beach and enjoyed so many family activities. I spent the last 25 years in the Washington DC area and when I returned to FLorida I settled in Tampa to be close to family. I have three amazing daughters and four fabulous grandchildren.

I spent several vacations in the Indian Rocks Beach area and love the "Old Florida" beach atmosphere. It is laid back, not congested and a very friendly, safe walking community. I felt so fortunate to find the Inn and after purchasing it spend six months doing a total renovations, both inside and outside. It is steps from the sand and walking distance to area restaurants, parks and all this beach community has to offer.
