ゲストになってください！ サンディショアーズは60年以上にわたってホールファミリーに属しており、現在はマートルホールが所有および運営しています。 マートルはドイツ生まれで、2000年に亡くなった夫のネッドと結婚したときにインディアンロックビーチに引っ越しました。 ネッドの祖母は1946年にインディアンロックビーチの不動産を購入しました。 ネッドの父ジョージホールは、1952年に最初の2階建ての建物を建てました。 1階建ての湾岸コテージは1972年に続きました。 ネッドの家族は冬にここに住んでいて、夏はニューヨーク州イサカで過ごしました。彼の父親はコーネル大学のゴルフコーチで、40年以上もの間でした。 ネッドは、25年以上にわたってPGAティーチングプロフェッショナルとして歩み続けました。 フロリダのクリアウォーターにあるクリアウォーターゴルフクラブで教えていたのは、フロリダのマートルがドイツからの休暇で1998年に出会ったときです。 マートルとネッドはもちろん、美しいサンディショアーズの前で結婚式を挙げました！

This place was everything we wanted for a beach vacation. It was walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. We sat on the patio with a snack and a glass of wine while we watched the sunset. The beach was never crowded.Myrtle, the owner, is one of the nicest people you will meet.Did I mention it is on the beach.

The host, Myrtle, is wonderful and the location is clean and well equipped. The beach location is a piece of old Florida with spectacular sunsets. We have stayed in numerous IRB locations. This is the best.

What a comfortable, relaxing beach cottage! Myrtle, the owner personally welcomed us to her beautiful property right on the beach. It was clean, well stocked and just as advertised. We look forward to staying there again!

The property was very well kept and Myrtle was an excellent host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only issue we had was that we weren’t able to stay longer and had to go back home to go to work lol.

Beautiful location and neighborhood.

The property sits right on the beach with restauraunts and shops within walking distance. There is a flower garden with lots of seating and shade if the beach is too hot or you've gotten too much sun. The cottage was emaculate with a very nice kitchen area and very comfortable bed. There were lots of beach amenities to utilize and a very nice laundry facility to use if needed. Mrytle was a very welcoming host and was easily available had any problems occurred (which did not). My adult daughter and i went for a relaxing getaway and it was perfect!

Beautiful Sandy Shores

With great anticipation, we made our way to Indian Rocks Beach for the first time and fell in love with beautiful Sandy Shores. The garden cottage is homey and comfortable and well-supplied with everything imaginable. We enjoyed the beauty and peacefulness of Myrtle's gardens with all the special outdoor seating areas. The convenient location of Sandy Shores makes it easy to walk to many good places to eat. The amazing proximity to the dazzling Gulf waters and beach was pure joy. We look forward to returning again and would highly recommend it to friends.

Sandy Shores has been in my late husband, Ned's, family for over 60 years. Ned's Grandmother bought it in 1946 and his Father built the first two-story building in 1952 and the Gulf Cottage followed in 1972.
I live onsite so I am available during your stay. I've also worked for 12 years in a local bank. One of the things my guests repeatedly tell me, is that they can see my love for Sandy Shores in the cleanliness and beauty of the property. I take pride in knowing my attention to detail ensures my guests have the most comfortable stay. And, for my German visitors, I enjoy speaking German to help you feel at home.

We started to rent out our cottages in 2005 after a total beautification and enjoying ever since every minute of sharing this lovely property with all our guests.

Rest in our secluded gardens, enjoy the shade under our beautiful Australian Pine Trees and watch the Gulf of Mexico and the fantastic sunsets from your living room and dining area. You can't get any closer to the dunes and beach.
