This beautiful holiday home is located in the heart of Atrani and features a stunning sea-view terrace, offering breathtaking views over the village and the surrounding coastline. It is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy outdoor meals, or admire the sunset over the Amalfi Coast.
The house is bright, welcoming, and modern, and was built in 2021, offering fresh, comfortable, and carefully designed interiors. Every area of the house features large windows, including the bathrooms, all with beautiful sea views, filling the spaces with natural light and creating a strong connection with the surrounding landscape.
The property offers four double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for self-catering, and a spacious dining room, perfect for enjoying meals together in a warm and convivial atmosphere.
The home is centrally located, just a short walk from the beach and the main services of Atrani, with easy access to Amalfi as well. The house can be reached via approximately 100 steps; alternatively, guests may reach the Luna Rossa parking area, where a paid elevator is available (not suitable for luggage). By using the elevator and walking along a short path, guests can reach the entrance without stairs.

Wonderful place

Traveled with my husband, college kids and 2 of their friends. It was our first trip to the Amalfi coast. We loved this location! Atrani was quieter with fewer tourist and a blast to figure out all the stairs to get to everywhere. Meanwhile it was also easy to walk to Amalfi. The villa is beautiful and bigger than expected. Common spaces are small, but worked well for us. Loved the balcony over looking the beach. It was really easy to communicate with Letizia and her daughter. They were very responsive and flexible with our travel arrangements. We would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible Views

The property was nice and comfortable. There are about 100 stairs to reach it from ground level. Fortunately, you can request luggage service - DO THIS! Unfortunately, I spent 36 hours prior to my arrival attempting to reach the host for check-in instructions. Apparently, the host did not inform the manager that we were arriving. I was finally contacted the morning of check-in by Maddalena, who was very helpful.

Spacious, relaxed and beautiful views

We booked well in advance to our trip as we had 8 of us stay here (including 2 children). Researching across the Amalfi coast and near Amalfi, we wanted something close to the Amalfi town, kid friendly, but still a quiet and more relaxed setting for accomodations. Atrani is a simple town with quiet beach, more of a local feel and easy walking access to Amalfi. This VRBO was beautiful, had plenty of rooms, clean, views were spectacular, easy washing machine (use delicate with drying rack), and the patio was perfect for cappuccino in the morning and wine at night. Interaction with Chiara was fantastic via WhatsApp. She made everything super welcoming, checked in several times to make sure we were happy, and warned us multiple times (prior to arrival) about the stairs and luggage carrying up to the VRBO. I recommend listening to her about carrying luggage up...if you cannot then pay the money for someone to carry it for you. I highly recommend this place for large groups that want a great place with easy access to Amalfi, the ferry and great customer service.

Lovely view

Get your walking shoes on. It’s a lot of stairs. But worth it for the view. Manager was stingy w towels. Used washing machine…but it smells terribly musty!! Could use a few hooks here and there to hang clothes and towels etc. Safe and quiet.

Barb, I'm sorry about your negative comment! I inform you that the presence of stairs is also indicated in the article and right next to the house there is a municipal lift that allows you to avoid the stairs themselves! (I always communicate this to guests) I have not been stingy with towels, we always provide 3 towels per guest and have never had a problem! unfortunately there are times and costs to be respected for towels that do not depend only on us! I find it unlikely that the washing machine malfunctions or smells bad as everything in this house is new (perhaps you did something wrong). In every closet in every room there are several hangers to hang clothes, in the bathrooms there are hooks for towels so I don't know what you're referring to! In any case I will keep in mind your point of view and hope to improve. See you soon!!

Perfect for our all adult family of 5

Everything about our stay was amazing! The views were AMAZING! home was clean, comfortable beds, easy access to town (Recommend using the elevator from the street). The electricity went out in the city one night. We were able to contact the owner and have her come let us into the house as it was an electric key pad. We would stay here again!!! Know that there are steps to climb…

Wonderful Stay!

It was a really beautiful property. Very attentive in helping us check-in. Called and found a parking place for our oversized van. Any question we asked they were very happy to help us. Very impressed with this. The property was new, clean and had an amazing view. I would definitely stay here the next time we go.

Terrific stay in Atrani!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views of the little village of Atrani and the Amalfi Coast. Short walk of stairs (5-7 minutes), some steep but not too difficult, to Atrani and under 10 mins to the town of Amalfi made this property a perfect location. Chiara, the property manager’s assistant, was terrific! Very helpful with any needs, questions or recommendations. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing.

This place is not only stunning it’s in the absolute perfect location. The home itself is super clean and all the bedrooms have their own bath. The patio area views are breaktaking. It’s very easy to get to Amalfi (5 minute walk) which is where most of the action is. The home is perfect for small groups, we were 7 people and fit perfectly, you could definitely fit 9 in this place without problems. The host is super helpful throughout the entire booking and check in process and offers many different activities (for additional cost). Overall if you want the perfect place to stay in the Amalfi coast this is the place for you.
