Gorgeous, newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment minutes from Hamilton town centre. Close to Hamilton Central station and with an abundance of eateries and amenities on your doorstep.
The Space:
This spacious apartment has a beautiful open living space with plenty of natural light. The living area has a comfortable sofa which doubles up as sofa bed should you require and smart tv with freeview channels and Netflix.
There is a dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen.
There are 2 comfortable double bedrooms with high quality, crisp white bed linen, black out blinds and ample storage space within the double wardrobes.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower.
The apartment is located above a food outlet so there will be an aroma of food.
There is a gym downstairs in the car car park behind the apartment. It is called Braveheart Gym and the owners have kindly allowed our guests free access during their stay. Please just mention that you're staying at the property.
There is also a lovely shared roof terrace that can be enjoyed by guests should you lucky enough to get some good weather.

The Neighborhood:
Hamilton is a city and main administrative center in South Lanarkshire, Scotland, and the 14th largest city in Scotland. Located 12 miles southeast of Glasgow, 35 miles southwest of Edinburgh, and 75 miles north of Carlisle.
The Hamiltons constructed many landmark buildings in the area including the Hamilton Mausoleum in Strathclyde Park, which has one of the longest reverb times of any manmade building at 15 seconds. The Hamilton family are major land-owners in the area to this day. Hamilton Palace was the seat of the Dukes of Hamilton until the early-twentieth century.
Other historic buildings in the area include Hamilton Old Parish Church, a Georgian era building completed in 1734 and the only church to have been built by William Adam.
The graveyard of the old parish church contains some Covenanter remains. The former Edwardian Town Hall now houses the library and concert hall. The Townhouse complex underwent a sympathetic modernization in 2002 and opened to the public in summer 2004.[7] The ruins of Cadzow Castle also lie in Chatelherault Country Park, 2 miles (3 km) from the town centre.

Neighborhood is quite old and a little dirty. Entrance to apartment smells bad as there is trash right at the entry. There is no AC at the property, but to be fair that’s the case with pretty much all apartments in the area. Bedrooms are ok, and overall the actual apartment is clean but the decoration is mediocre. Parking is fine but it’s right on the road, and you will have to find your one since it’s not reserved for the apartment. Entry is not ideal; you go through an outdoor fence door, then a narrow outdoor hall, then enter the building, then go up a narrow staircase, then you go outside on a balcony, then enter the apartment.
