A Beautiful farmhouse on a working arable farm. A quiet location but very accessible being 10 minutes from the M62 at J37 (Howden). An ideal location for north/south meet ups. Sleeping 14 in 7 bedrooms (3 en-suites). York is 35 minutes. Direct trains from nearby Howden station to London in just 2 hours.

Maintained to a high standard and complaint with current fire regulations. There are 7 bedrooms, 3 en-suite. 2 superking (1 can be made into a twin room by prior request). A twin room, 1 king and 3 doubles. A games room with pool table. The huge garden includes a fire pit, hot tub (including giant jenga, giant connect 4 and table tennis table), children’s outdoor toys. Charcoal BBQ is also provided. There is plenty of parking on the tarmac drive which is also popular with children to play on the pedal toys provided.

A perfect base for exploring the area. York is half an hour or hop on the train at nearby Howden. Direct trains to Hull, York, London and Leeds. Wressle also has a train station but do check times.

We are very spoilt for family days out too. Castle Howard, the railway museum and Yorkshire Wildlife Park, York Maze and The Deep are all favourites. Howden is 10 minutes away and has everything you need. Fantastic park, restaurants and bars.

Being on a farm there are lovely walks from the door. 2 dogs are very welcome. We just ask they are not left unattended and to stay downstairs (not in the bedrooms). An outdoor dog run is also provided should you wish to use it.
