Beautiful clean property which is just a short 20 minute walk from the centre of York. Very modern and spacious for 7 of us. Martyn was very friendly and helpful, cant fault this property at all.

House was as described, very comfortable, very clean, plenty room, hot worked as should. Good location could walk to town 10 to 15 mins. Choice of two pubs just a short stroll away. Morrisons daily round corner and chip shop. We will be booking again thanks

Would definitely recommend this apartment

What a lovely apartment, clean, spacious and within a short walking distance from York city. If I return to York, I will definitely be looking to book this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property in York. There were seven of us and there was plenty of space and a nice big dining table. The house had great facilities and is well equipped - everything you could want and more! A complimentary basket of goodies was very welcome and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The property’s proximity to the city centre meant that we were able to walk into York every day, which took around 15-20 minutes. Communication with Martyn was easy with prompt responses to queries. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Amazing property

We loved the property. It was set up for families even down to games for the kids. It was so clean and tidy and a real pleasure to stay in. Loved it and we will be back again.

Weekend break with family and friends

Had a fantastic stay here. The house was so well equipped and Martin was a fabulous host. Games and Lego for the kids and a lovely little welcome pack. It’s a great find with a good walk into the centre. We will be back at some point I’m sure

It was not good

Home was nice but the landlord was not good he did massage every single time and he visit to the property without informing us when he come he was drunk he was about to fight and saying every single time my property my rules but we payed for it we didn’t come just for free i don’t recommend to anybody because if someone booked this property they can’t enjoy and we going holiday for enjoyment and fun not for fight

We cancelled the booking as they ignored every house rule and wrecked the property, never let these people book your accommodation. We had to have extra cleaning carried out, they over occupied the property by 4 adults, played loud music, let children use the hot tub and finally there was slight damage to the furnishings within the property. I call down (not drunk or aggressive) on my own and I was surrounded by 5 adults and one was aggressive towards myself, not the other way around. The booking was cancelled by VRBO and they still refused to leave the property. This booking was an absolute nightmare and we have now switched off the instant book option.
