This professionally decorated condo boasts 2,000 square feet for spacious living in a quiet neighbood.
The beautiful living room has a new console and large screen tv. There's a great view of the golf course and lake.
There is an enclosed lanai with three entrances from the master bedroom from the living room and also the kitchen.
The kitchen has new granite counter tops and island. Dnnerware for 12. Dining area has a table that seats eight. There are all new stainless steel kitchen appliances, along with a new washer and dryer. The sheets and towels are new.
One master bedroom has French doors, two double beds, and a bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower and double sinks. There is also a large closet.
The main master bedroom has a beautiful headboard and has an extra large king size bed, walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with a garden tub,
shower, double sinks and a private commode.
The third bedroom has a large walk in closet. It is next to the 3rd bathroom, the guest bathroom that includes a shower and tub.
Internet HBO and Netflix are also included. One car attached garage.
A great community pool within a few minutes walking distance. Bicycles and swim gear are included.
The the manned entrance to this gated community has a multi-level waterfall at the entrance. Straight ahead is the beautiful country club three golf courses, pool, golf shop, great pub and formal dining. We have the social club membership that includes the pool, pub, the dining room and golf course discount. You can transfer our membership for a small fee. Grounds are beautiful and lush. Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach are only minutes from the condo.
We are close to Naples and Fort Myers Beach. There are many restaurants and shopping is nearby. Estero and Fort Myers are close also. It is a perfect location.

Bonita month

Wonderful Everything

Pam is a great host, and the property is very special, spacious and clean, with great amenities. Wonderful location and neighborhood. Thank you for letting me bring my little dog. The pool was very nice. Sitting on the screened balcony watching golfers was a lot of fun. I would definitely rent again.

Lovely Condo

The condo is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and comes with everything you need. The only suggestion would be that the mattresses in the guest room off the living room could be more comfortable. But we thoroughly enjoyed our month stay and would definitely come back.

Spanish Wells

This is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with large, comfortable rooms and spacious kitchen. The view over a pond (complete with lighted fountain that shuts off at night) from the spacious lanai to the second tee is fantastic. We took long walks around Spanish Wells and Marbella and relaxed at one of the pools (only a short walk away). Easy access to I 75 and the beach. We’ve been renting in the area for seven years and this rates up there with the best!

Spacious Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It is spacious and comfortable. The decor is dated but the furnishings are comfortable. Pros:Mostly used king bed room and it was very comfortable! Loved the pillows! Used the lanai a lot, chairs were plentiful and view was great! Had issue with garbage disposal, fixed immediately.Responsive owners!Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming!Cons: None of these are deal breakers for me! No hair dryer in any of the 3 bathrooms. Had to buy one.Kitchen drawers were dirty. I did clean and organize them.One Dirty pan in pots and pans cupboard, just washed it.

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the fountain and golf course. Spacious condo-photos don’t capture how large the space actually is which is usually the other way around. Can’t wait to return.

Living well in Spanish Wells !

Great home with a great location and view ! Enjoyed lunch at the clubhouse with good food and drinks at reasonable price ,served by a pleasant staff. We regretted coming home early because of the Virus . We hope to return next year !

We stayed at this condo for a month this year, it was perfect! It was furnished with everything we needed. The furnishings were great, and the view from the screened patio was lovely. The location was perfect, convient to everything! The beach was about 5 minutes away and shopping only 10 to 20 minutes away! The owners were very helpful with anything we needed. We loved this place so much, we are looking forward to staying there again soon! Ginny

We were empty nesters when we bought the condo over 20 years ago. We still live in Ohio. My mother bought a place on Fort Myers Beach in the 70s so I've been coming down here since I was a young girl. I've watched it grow from nothing to this built up area that continues to grow. I started bringing my new husband down in the 90s and we just keep coming back.
We decided to have a place in Florida to come to every year. When we saw this condo we loved the professional decorating and the size of the condo. It is so close to the beach and we could get anywhere in a few minutes. This Country Club community has everything we need and there are so many nearby restaurants, shopping, shows, dancing etc. or you can stay in Spanish Wells and not go anywhere else if that is your pleasure.
It's been updated and it's a very comfortable beautiful place to be.
We love it!
