(As an option to using the elevator) The complex has a SECURITY GATE and COVERED GARAGE PARKING, 2 pools, (one with zero entry a waterfall and the GROGGY FROG Chickee hut), 2 large jacuzzies, outdoor grills, a Cybex Gym , along with game, media and social rooms.

We had an amazing stay. We stayed for 5 nights in August with kids ranging from 5-13. The pools were amazing. The kids were thrilled to find pool and beach toys readily available. Restaurants, shops and the beach nearby. Thomas was a pleasure to have as a host. He always responded quickly, checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and was so nice to talk to.

Beautiful Place. Best pool in town.

Room had everything that we needed. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Full kitchen. Loved the pool and having the stairs to walk out to the pool instead of having to go to the elevator. Planning to stay again.

Beautiful property in Bonita Springs

We had an awesome first VRBO experience at this property. The unit was perfect for our family of four and had absolutely everything we needed included beach & baby gear. The resort is quiet, but there were a few kids that came throughout the week, which made it fun for my 6yo. The pool is perfect, and the bar was a great spot for a low key lunch and cocktails. It wasn't within walking distance of the beach, but they offer a shuttle (doesn't run on Sundays). I can't say enough about our experience with our host, Tom. He was super responsive before and during our trip and checked in on us as well. He also helped us track down a pack n play for our 18mo, which we needed. We would 100% stay here again!!

Paradise girls vacation

This vacation spot was a gem. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was convenient to everything and the condo gives you a feeling of staying on a tropical island. The host was amazing checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Instructions were clear and communication with Tom was easy. Property is well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Beds were super comfy. Would recommend this property to everyone. Hope to stay again. Thank you so much Tom. Best experience to date with a rental property.

Very nice property and convenient location to beach, shopping and dining

Overall excellent stay. We had a very frustrating 2 1/2 hour check-in wait because the unit was not managed by the resident property group. Construction noise from new building being developed next door was a daily irritant but that wasn’t the owners’ fault. However, we would have appreciated the courtesy of being notified of the construction beforehand.

nice clean property. Great location for us. Two heated pools. There is construction next door, lots of noise and concrete dust, we were unable to be outside two afternoons.

Condo is great. Exactly as posted. Plenty of kitchen spices and supplies. Tom the host was a pleasure to deal with. Bonita village is really nice with a great gym. Only minus was all 3 grills were out of order. Would rent again and definitely hope to

Tom was an awesome host. Just bring your toiletries and clothes...everything was provided for a trip to the beach or pool. He was very available if there were problems.....none! Will definitely stay again.
