Villa Bermudas is a charming holiday home, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and relaxation just minutes away from the best beaches in the Algarve.



The spacious living and dining area offers a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable sofas, TV with national and international channels, and direct access to the outdoors.



The villa features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. One double bedroom is en suite with a bathtub, and another twin bedroom is en suite with a shower. The remaining bedrooms have two single beds each and access to additional bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms include air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals, with direct access to the outdoor area.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (heatable at an additional cost) and a BBQ area, perfect for al fresco dining with family and friends.



Located in the peaceful Quinta da Balaia area, just a 5-minute drive from Albufeira, Praia da Oura, and Olhos de Água, this villa combines tranquility with convenient proximity to restaurants, shops, and golf courses.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
