Apartment with balcony and spectacular mountain view, ideal for hosting up to 5 persons.



This luminous apartment is made of a bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, a living room with double sofa bed, dining table and modern kitchenette, bathroom with shower and furnished, southwards looking balcony with mountain view.



The kitchen comes with all the necessary for perfect holidays, like cooking plate, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and much more.



You will love the balcony, as it is particularly sunny due to its exposition to South and it comes with table and seats so will be able to enjoy the stunning mountain view also while having breakfast.



Linen, towels and wi-fi are included in the rate.

Prepare yourself to discover the fascinating farm life inside a typical South Tyrolean holiday farm.



It is set just beside the cozy mountain village called Laion, an idyllic place at the entrance of Val Gardena and few kilometers from the ancient town of Chiusa, just on midway between the wine grapes of Val d’Isarco and the majestic Dolomite mountains of Val Gardena.



You will have the chance to observe the masterly hands of the owners, while they raise, nurse and pick the products of their ground, all by hand, with the same love and dedication like their ancestors before them. The holiday farm is specialized on growing berries of all kind, like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, beside different kinds of fruits and vegetables and mountain herbs. You will have the possibility to buy these fresh products, as well as homemade derivates of them like jams, juices and syrups on site. The mountain herbs from the spiral of the herbs are at disposition of the guests for free.



For the joy of your children, you will not miss the cuddly farm animals and pets, like rabbits, dogs, cats, mini ponies and donkeys.



A cozy children playground will allow your kids to have fun in the middle of the nature.



To enjoy the farm holiday at its top, you have the possibility to book breakfast with mostly own fresh products, basing on the current season and to taste local dishes for dinner from Monday to Saturday, on previous reservation only.



Enjoy the quietness and the sun of the Alps, as the property comes with a wide sun terrace with lays with a stunning view on the surrounding mountains and valleys.



You will stay in recently renovated apartments, all equipped with sunny southwards looking balcony and breathtaking view on the valley and on the Dolomite Mountains nearby, like the Sassolungo and the Sciliar Mountains.



The owners do offer numerous services like guided motorbike tours for passionate bikers, bicycle rental or a pick-up service from your hiking tours.



Bad weather days are not a problem, as you will have the possibility see and participate a t the production of juices and jams or to spend a day in company of your fellow travelers in the traditional rustic basement, won out of the antique walls of the farmstead.



You will not miss the modern comforts for your holidays, like partially covered parking, a ski deposit with ski boot heater and free Wi-Fi.



The position is perfect in summer, for those who love the nature, as it is two steps from the hiking paths away, but still close to the main locations like Ortisei in Val Gardena or the city of Chiusa within few kilometers, reachable by car, bike or with the public busses.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
