Stylish 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom Villa with private pool & roof terrace

Modern and comfortable villa with 2 bedrooms, spacious terrace, private pool and roof terrace. The villa is located about 3 minutes drive from and about 20 minutes walk of the centre of Playa Blanca and Playa Dorada beach.
Casa Noéma has a large enclosed garden (front and rear) with a terrace and private pool.
The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, Dolce gusto machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and plates and cutlery.
Everything you need to start your day.
From the kitchen you enter the open plan living/dining room with table and chairs. The living room has a spacious, comfortable sofa, air conditioning and TV with international channels, video en demand & Netflix. Through the patio doors you enter the conservatory, where you can relax. You are completely out of the wind in both summer and winter. In the conservatory is a nice seating area and a dining table with chairs and do not forget the view directly on the swimming pool.
Through the conservatory you also have direct access to the modern master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and double sink.
The bedroom has a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, aircon and a relaxing atmosphere.
The other bedroom has 2 single beds, also a fitted wardrobe and aircon. The 2nd bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

The swimming pool (approximately 10.5m x 4.5m) has easy access via 'Roman' steps.
The depth of the pool is approximately between 1m20 and 1m70.
The pool cover helps maintain the temperature at night or when the pool is not in use. The pool and terrace are completely walled for privacy.
There are sun loungers around the pool, an outdoor shower, BBQ and outdoor table with chairs.

Casa Noéma has a roof terrace to enjoy the beautiful views of the mountain and on a clear day you can see the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.

The villa offers free WiFi. Parking is free in front of the villa (street). There is an alarm system and the villa is managed by a local villa management company.

The villa Manager Suzzane was Brilliant - the villa is lovely very spacious for a 2 bed - great warm pool - will return !!

Firstly the host was great 10/10, very obliging and quick to respond to a problem. the villa could do with a deep clean and a little bit of work (just a bit tired)wi-fi and pool area great. To sum up, just needs better maintenance. I’d give the house a 7/10

Great hoilday

Villa had everything you need for a great holiday. Good size pool and plenty of space for everyone. A 15 minute walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Pool was good size but only cleaned twice in seven weeks. Villa needs a lot of updating refurbishing. Very dated. Most of the patio. Doors on the rear of the property were not in use. Very large and possibly dangerous glass panels. Garden rear and front quite overgrown as are drains around the pool.

A really nice villa with an excellent pool that is in sunshine for the whole day, only shading slightly late in the afternoon. Villa is roomy, and a 25 minute walk to the centre/beach.

Had an amazing stay at the villa and loved the pool. The commutation from Suzanne prior to our stay was amazing. She kindly allowed us an early check in to accommodate our flight time.The villa was very clean and tidy with aircon (which was appreciated in the August heat). The glass addition to the property with dining facilities wasn’t used as it was like a sauna. Some parts of the villa could do with a bit of a refresh.The tv and package was amazing providing so many Channels. It took us approx 25 mins to playa blanca or rubicon. There is a big Aldi approx 15 mins away which was very handy.

Great family villa

The villa is a great size more than ample for a family of four even without the annexed studio. The pool is fabulous, it doesn’t feel overlooked and was plenty big enough for all four of us with inflatables. Suzanne responded to our enquiries promptly and was very helpful.

Perfect in every way!

Casa Noeme is just perfect - location, facilities, comfort and the host communications were so helpful and always fast. The pool and patio area is so private and we enjoyed lots of BBQs on nights when we weren’t sampling the local restaurants. Good location although a car is handy and necessary if unable to walk distance. We’ll return!

Spacious Private Villa

Spacious and very well equipped villa. Great outdoor space and plenty of indoor living space. Villa is in a very quiet residential area and is a 20 min walk to the front where there are plenty of good restaurants. Suzanne was very attentive and quick to respond to any query.

Great week away

Booked a week in this villa, contact with the manager Suzanne was very helpful, the villa is located close enough to the resort of Playa Blanca, pool was great and wifi & satellite tv great. We did have a hire car to get around the island. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area to chose from. Recommend Geckos for Sunday lunch. All in all a great villa and a fantastic week.

Spacious villa with large heated pool

Spacious, clean villa that could do with some updating. That said, the heated full size pool and outdoor space was much appreciated. Comfortable large bed, washing machine & dishwasher was a bonus. Easy 20 minute walk to the beach, cafes and shops. Suzanne was an excellent host, very prompt with queries. Many thanks.

Great property and amenities, 20ish minute walk to main area of Playa Blanca. Really easy to find and great communication from Suzanne. Be warned, there is only Aircon in the lounge and only one fan in the rest of the property (Suzanne arranged for us to rent another fan for 15 euros.

Great villa and great manager

The villa was massive and well maintained. The villa faces east so gets nice morning and daytime sunshine then the roof terrace is perfect to watch the sunset behind Montaña Roja.The villa feels very private with no neighbours overlooking the outside area and it’s a fairly peaceful street.The pool is a decent size and was warm enough to swim everyday. The cover really makes a difference.Throughout our stay we found Suzanne the Villa manager to be amazing and she was able to help us with anything we asked about. She went above and beyond.We have been coming to Playa Blanca for 10 years, this was definitely a good villa and we would happily stay here again.

Lovely spacious relaxing villa

We had excellent communication from Suzanne the property manager before we arrived, so we found it easily and got straight in. We were amazed at the amount of inside and outside space. Casa Noema had everything we needed and was beautifully clean. The location although being a little further than we would normally go for had the benefit of being very peaceful. The walk of 20 mins into town wasn't too bad and at only £3 each way for a cab, we usually walked in then taxi back. We would certainly consider returning as we loved being able to spend relaxing time outside or in the conservatory. Overall a great stay.

Large Villa with pool

Excellent villa, very large open space. Big pool and outdoor area. Had everything we needed for our stay. Nice comfy mattresses. Great that the property was alarmed and had safes in 2 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms was brilliant with a family of 5. Villa was close to the beach and restaurants/bars/water park etc. We loved that there wasn't many flying insects around but we did like the little lizards in the garden. Lots of live music and cocktails. Suzanne was very helpful and replied very quickly to any messages. Would recommend and would go back again.

Excellent chill out holiday

The property was great. If we are being picky the outdoor furniture was not very comfortable and the bed was a little small in the master bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked - everything we needed but maybe some bigger wine glasses! Great location - nice easy walk to the beach (20 minutes). Suzanne was really helpful and sorted out our car for us because we booked from the wrong island! The weather was ok but a little too windy on occasion. Strong sun cream advised! Thanks so much for letting us stay. We were able to find our way around the sights but would have been helpful to have a recommendations book for things like restaurants and boat trips.

Lovely spacious accommodation

Lovely spacious villa. Bedrooms were both a good size, and living area was huge. Several seating options both for relaxing and dining. The kitchen was well equipped, athough we on;y prepared breakfasts and lunches there. We were a family of four with 2 teenagers, and didn't take the annex option. Would consider doing so for a larger group. The pool was a great size - we used the cover in an attempt to stop leaves etc blowing in, but some inevitably did, and we did our best to remove them with the net. We have stayed in the area before, so knew it was a decent walk into town. We walked in each evening - about 15 minutes to the front, then a further 5 to the start of the restaurant strip. Similar timings to reach the Marina. The walk is safe and pleasant. There are lots of good restaurants along the front and also in Playa Blanca town. We hired a car, so parked nearer the beach in the day time - parking was free and easy. Would recommend Mujeres beach - no facilities, but incredibly quiet and beautiful. Communication from the owner was great - Suzanne was very helpful and responded quickly. We love Playa Blanca and would definitely consider staying in Casa Noema again.

Good Sized Property

Just back from a two week stay at this property and have mixed feelings. We had an issue getting access to the annexe upon arrival as the lock was broken however Suzanne quickly came out and gave us keys for the front door to the annexe. The hot water to the annexe hadn’t been switched on which we had to do but it still had weak pressure so we had to call Suzanne again to come and fix this three days into our stay. The general cleanliness of the property is below other villas we have stayed in on Lanzarote with the kitchen full of ants, even after we sprayed it with a tin of bug spray left under the sink. The pool wasn’t cleaned in the two weeks we stayed, the main house extension sitting area has water damaged carpets off the air conditioning which leaks all over the floor if you don’t empty the small container regularly. Underneath the stained carpets hasn’t been cleaned for weeks as the floor is full of dirt. The outside light on the stairs to the roof terrace is hanging off the wall and a plug socket hanging out of the wall just outside of the main bedroom was a concern (obviously didn’t use it). Weeds are growing out of the poolside drains and three sun beds are no use as they are all ripped. It is a shame for this property as it has so much potential with it being situated 20 mins walk from the main restaurants and shops in a quiet area of Playa Blanca. Some time and care needs to be given to the villa to bring it up to other properties we have used in the area.

Geweldige villa

Casa Noéma is een fantastisch ruime villa in een zeer rustige wijk, die toch dicht bij het centrum van Playa Blanca ligt. De ontvangst door villamanager Suzanne Willemse is uiterst hartelijk met een basis welkomstpakket drinken en een charmant wijntje. Zij is trouwens een echte gastvrouw, bereidwillig tot elke vorm van hulp, super!
