A very out of the way cottage perfect for a total break from the hussel and bussell of modern life.
A very out of the way cottage perfect for a total break from the hussel and bussell of modern life. Alex was perfect host approachable if needed. We had small issue on arrival but was sorted without fuss. Because of its rural location there are plenty of walks but shops /pubs are a bit of a distance away but still a pleasant place to stay

Ideal for a couple and their dog very very clean and well equiped
The cottage was very clean, finished and furnished to a high standard.
The cottage was very clean, finished and furnished to a high standard. It is very comfortable and well equipped, the shower in particular is impressive. The owner was very welcoming and left us some bread and milk etc. A couple of evenings were a little chilly so the wood burner and supply of logs was much appreciated. However, the cottage is very isolated and whilst this didn't bother us some might find it too remote. It is a good drive to anywhere of significance and some of the roads can be a little tricky. It is perfect for those wanting to be away from everything, or prepared to drive to get shopping etc.
