The apartment features a thoughtfully designed 3-room layout with beautiful and cosy furnishings throughout, including elegant parquet floors that add warmth and character to the space. The open-plan living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, offering a welcoming atmosphere and direct access to a small private balcony of 9 m2, furnished with outdoor seating and boasting a very beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. The first bedroom is equipped with a double french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 195 cm in length, providing a comfortable and restful retreat. The second bedroom features a single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 195 cm in length, ideal for an additional guest. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC. A small but well-appointed kitchen completes the layout, offering ample functionality for self-catering stays.
