APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

3 ½ room apartment, approx. 70m2, on the 4th floor with view to Muottas Muragl. Living room with TV, dining area and balcony. Closed kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Double bedroom open to the living room and access to the balcony. Bathroom with tub, WC, bidet and sink. One bedroom with bunk bed, window to the double room and en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Wooden floors throughout the flat. Parking space in the garage (max. height 210cm, not suitable for wide cars).


HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The house Au Reduit is located in the centre of St. Moritz. Boutiques, shops, restaurants and bus stop are all in the immediate vicinity. The Chantarella Station is only 5 minutes away.

Perfect location at a reasonable price

We were very pleased with this property! The apartment is located in the heart of the main village of St. Moritz. We had a fantastic view of the mountains and were only steps away from one of the most expensive hotels!

Nur die Zeit am Abreisetag könnte gerne eine Stunde später sein, da man die Schlüssel mit dem Auto erst noch nach St. Moritz Bad bringen muss. Sehr gemütlich, saubere Wohnung in absolut perfekter Lage. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen, und seinen Urlaub genießen.
