Parade Watch – central 1 bedroom apartment

Summary:
Welcome to Parade Watch! A comfortable, central stay for 2 people, just a 15 minute walk from a world-famous sites like The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent and The Circus – as well as the ultra-relaxing Thermae Spa, The Rec (home of Bath Rugby!) and a whole host of shops and restaurants.

Due to the central location, there is no parking at the property.

The Space:
Parade Watch is an affordable option for those wanting to enjoy all that Bath has to offer without compromising on location. This lower-ground apartment is self-contained, really central whilst still being quiet and practical. There's everything you need for a break away, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, living room with smart TV and dining table, double bed with linen and towels, plus a shower room.

LIVING SPACE
Feature fireplace, comfy sofa and chairs, coffee table, Smart TV and dining table. With views out onto Walcot Parade and the countryside beyond.

BEDROOM
There's a comfy double bed, complete with crisp white linen and plenty of storage for your belongings.

SHOWER ROOM
The shower room has a toilet, basin and shower. Towels are included.

OUTSIDE COURTYARD/BOILER ROOM
Outside the kitchen is a small courtyard with a boiler room that houses the tumble dryer.

Guest Access:
During your stay you will have the entire place to yourselves but our Superhost, Chris is only a phone call away if you need anything at all!

The Neighborhood:
Walcot Parade is about a 2 minute walk from Walcot Street – often described as the trendy artisan quarter of Bath! There are boutique shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment and the city centre's main attractions are just a 15 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
The property is a 15-20 minute walk from the train and bus station, or a 10-15 minute taxi journey.

Please note there is no parking at the property due to its central location, we would recommend Charlotte Street Car Park.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is on the lower ground floor, so there are stairs down to the front door.

★ Please do not smoke in the house (inc. vaping & e-cigarettes).
★ Please do not wear shoes inside.
★ Please avoid making an unreasonable amount of noise, particularly after 11pm.
★ No candles/naked flames inside or outside.

Interaction with Guests:
The apartment is owned by Rona and hosted by Chris who takes care of the day to day management. Chris is based locally and always on hand to help.
