The property includes a second-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV and balcony, and a lower-ground-floor basement utility. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower, a ground-floor double with access to the terrace, a twin, and a ground-floor adult bunk room, plus a ground-floor shower room and a main bathroom. Outside there is a third-floor rooftop terrace with rattan furniture. Off-road parking for two cars. A shop, pub and beach are all within 0.5 miles. Sorry, no smoking but one well-behaved dog is welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Pets and children must be supervised on rooftop and balcony. Basement utility is accessed by external stone staircase - can be slippery when wet . Check in time is 4pm, check out time 10am. No stag, hen or similar. Please note that this property can only accommodate week-long bookings starting on Saturday between the second week of July to the end of the first week of September. No exceptions will be accepted for midweek breaks during this period. This property accepts 1 pet at 25 GBP pet supplement per week.
