The first two floors have four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a king-size with an en-suite bathroom and three doubles. Two family bathrooms are also found on these floors ensuring comfort and convenience for all. The third floor hosts an open-plan kitchen and dining area designed for socialising, complete with high spec features and fitting, and there's access to a balcony with sea glimpses where you can enjoy drinks in the fresh sea air. The top floor offers a stylish living room with three sofas and a large Smart TV as well as a second balcony for sunset watching.

With Tolcarne Beach just 300 meters away and Great Western and Newquay Beach nearby, this holiday home is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the sand and surf. A short distance away you'll find a host of family-friendly attractions too including the Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium, while the harbour, Fistral Beach and Newquay's fabulous eateries are all easily reached by car.
