Welcome to our family villa!

A beautiful and cozy villa in Las Chapas Urbanization, with a private pool, just 20 meters from the beach, where you can find the best beach bars and restaurants. The famous Restaurant "Nosso" is only 20m from the house.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 1 toilet and is divided into 2 floors.

The master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor, together with 2 more bedrooms and a shared bathroom and a terrace.

The 4th bedroom is located on the ground floor together with the living-dining room and the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and has a kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven and fridge. It also has all kinds of kitchenware such as cutlery, crockery, glassware. table linen.

The semi-dependent dining room with direct access to the pool and the garden area has a table for 6 people where you can enjoy pleasant evenings in the company of friends and family.

The pool and the garden are perfectly maintained and the place provides the necessary privacy for complete relaxation.

The house has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

The house has free parking in the surroundings.

You can also enjoy a wonderful roof terrace with pleasant views, even at night, where the exterior light remains spectacular, thanks to the multitude of spotlights that surround the property and ensure that the illumination is maintained, even if the sun is no longer present.

Without forgetting that 7 minutes away you have the center and old town of Marbella, where you can also find the best restaurants and shops in the area.

We will be available before, during and after the distance for anything you need.

Flea infested bedrooms and unwilling to return our money after we checked out early.

On the third night we realized there were fleas in at least 2 of the bedrooms. Charlie the manager sent us a WhatsApp message saying that if we move out, they would return all our money except the first day. We moved out on Friday and then Charlie said they would not give us back our money. Charlie then said he would review it with the management team on Monday and we still have not heard anything We have videos of the fleas and my 7 year old daughter needed to see a doctor. We had paid from Tuesday to Sunday and only got back our security deposit and no other money, plus I had to pay for another place for 2 nights for the 6 of us. His colleague Aaron came on the Friday with another employee and when they saw the videos, they said the property would need to be fumigated and that we could not stay. They apologized for our experience and we told them we were moving out that day. Really soured our entire experience in Marbella. The property is still being rented.....
