Family villa

We absolutely loved staying here, the location is unbeatable, direct access to a quiet beach and sea and 2 good chiringuitos. It was comfortable but not luxurious it was just right for us, 7 adults, a 4 year old and a dog Would go again, the area was lovely and quiet at the end of august, quite a lot of restaurants nearby and jet ski and boat hire

Great Location

Excellent location directly on a quiet and sandy stretch of Cabopino beach. As described in listing, the accommodation is basic and rustic, but comfortable. In warm weather the sea breeze and fans kept temperatures down. Plenty of space for families or larger groups: three bedrooms (plus a bunkbed adjoining room) in the main residence and an additional two bedrooms in the attached annex with separate entrance. Large garden with elevated direct ocean views over the boardwalk. Easy check in and accommodating check out. Good communication with host and local caretaker. Host working out issues in garden and maintenance. Wifi unreliable. Guests needing 5 star comforts should look elsewhere. Ideal place to relax with family and enjoy the sea.

Die Toiletten haben (wegen derr Kanalisation?) unangenehm gerochen. Zimmer 1 etwas gar spartanisch. Geschirrspühler reparaturbedürftig. Keine Heizung im Livingraum. Lage vom Feinsten.

J ai vu v otre message le salon donnant sur le jardin et la mer me parait bien disPose.Cest bien la premiere fois que l’on nous dit ca avec une situa Si pres de la plage.Pour l ´accueil en quoi la jeune femm n ´etait pas aimable?Pour sa part elle m a dit que tout S’etait bien passe ce sue j ´ai repercute sur l’avis.Quand aux odeurS Personne n ´arien signale avant vous.Vous auriez du prevenir l ´employe Quelqu’un serait venu voir .Nous prenons tres au serieux les demandesdesvoyageurs pendantleur sejour.

Прекрасна къща в Марбеля

Имота е с прекрасна локация,къщата има всички удобства за един прекрасен престой.Плажа е пред къщата,чист и хубав.Имахме много добра комуникация с Марина и ни съдействаше за всичко от което имахме нужда.Къщата е на тихо място,в същото време лесно може да стигнеш до всички точки за да разгледаш околността.Може да се помисли за някаква климатизация защото вентилаторите не са решение в горищините и това е лек дисконфорт в топлите дни.Както и да се помисли за обезпаритизяване на двора и в къщата,защото комарите и мухите са малко неприятни особенно по време на почивка.Бихме се върнали в къщата отново за почивка и ще я препоръчаме на приятели да отседнат там.Благодарим на домакините и на Марина за отношението и гостоприемството!

Pracht locatie, huis gedateerd

Fantastisch huis op fantastische locatie. De inboedel, zoals bedden en badkamers zijn erg gedateerd en kunnen zeker opknapbeurt gebruiken.. 2 van de 4 badkamers hebben last van ongedierte, maar al met al voor een weekeind prima te doen.

Cette maison a une situation exceptionnelle ce qui n’a pas échappé aux vacanciers qui en ont profité jusqu’à présent .Cette maison a un style andalou pour les meubles pour lui garder son cachet.Dans la cuisine le plan de travail est prévu de changer.

En charmig strandvilla, långt utöver det vanliga. Utsikten över Medelhavet från den upphöjda platån är magisk. Trädgården helt fantastisk. Mkt blommor, träd där papegojor trivdes. Fikon och vindruvor. Trädgården mycket välskött. Beträffande huset drar det ned betyget något. Det positiva var ett mycket trivsamt, funktionellt och välutrustat kök. Toaletter BEDRÖVLIGA, Dåligt Städade, svartmögel , ofräscht. Badrum med tejpad toa ur funktion mkt illaluktande. Avstängd. Sängarna hårda, ofräscha sängkläder i vissa rum. Behållningen var utomhusmiljön som alltså är oslagbar.

Loved it!

We have stayed at the villa for 11 nights in June. There were 2 families of 2 adults and 2 children each and 1 single adult. House has plenty space for everybody to feel comfortable. 1 family had 2 bedrooms with bathroom and a separate entrance at the side of the house. Kitchen has all utensils you might need if feel like cooking a dinner or throwing a quick breakfast. Enough of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. Big dining table inside that we didn't use much of as there is another big table outside on the terrace with enough chairs for all to enjoy meals Al fresco. The best location you can dream of for your holiday. Nothing can beat having your morning coffee or a glass of sangria in the evening in the garden outside overlooking sandy beach and the sea listening to the music of waves. Not many places would offer the back garden door going right out to the "heaven" - sandy beach and the sea. You can have your swim any time of the morning, day or evening. You would feel like it is your private beach as it is not busy. You can go in your swim suit for a swim and come back to the garden to lie down in the sun with a glass of lemonade straight from the fridge. There is no hustle of getting your family ready for a day at the beach, no stress of packing - all is right there at your footsteps. There is a place to eat with local character and food specialities just outside the gates on the beach (unfortunately only serving till 4.30). More restaurants and bars just short walk along the sea no more than 10 minutes walk. House itself might seem a bit old-fashioned but it has its own character and is very sweet that wins your heart. Definitely would recommend it. However, if your more like a 5 star property person this might be not for you. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Christine. We were welcomed by the gardener Julian who showed us around the house and answered all queries we had. Hope we will be able to come back some time soon. Thanks a lot to Christine and Julian!
