Holidays2Malaga Estudio Union is our brand new studio as it has just been recently renovated.It is very cozy and is located in a popular and central area of Málaga. You can walk to the city center, the beach, and there are shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars around. Public transport, both bus and metro, is almost at the door. Plaza de la Merced is a half-hour walk away, Huelin beach is about 1200m away, and the port of Málaga is 1.5 km away. For a shopping day, the Larios shopping center is 700m away, and at the train station, you will find CC Vialia (600m). It is on a pedestrian street, so traffic noise is not an issue.



The studio is 40m2 and is equipped with a Smart TV, WiFi, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven/microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, etc.



Extras



The crib has an additional cost of €5 per day.

The baby kit (crib, bath + high chair) costs €10 per day.



You also have theoption to request in-person check-in at the apartment for an extra cost of €50.

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 hrs.

Key collection takes place at the office on the day of arrival until 21:00 hrs, with personalized assistance if needed or if you have any questions.

You will have the keys available for self-check-in outside from 21:00.



You can leave your luggage at our office located at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia n. 6 (Málaga).

Check-in can be done online or in person at our office. Please, if you choose to do it in person (recommended), do not forget to come early as all guests over 16 years old will need to sign the mandatory police registration.

We remind you that we will ask for a refundable deposit with a credit card upon arrival.

In 30 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, Busbahnhof fußläufig erreichbar, Frühstücken kann man in der Nähe, #La Bella Caffe Tejeringo’s, tolles Personal und sehr lecker.

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce mais situé dans un quartier où nous n'osions sortir le soir. Il était impossible d'ouvrir les volets car les fenêtres donnent sur un parvis populaire... Une odeur d'eau usée était constante et le lit d'appoint très inconfortable. L'appartement est à 300 m d'une ligne de bus et plutôt spacieux et propre. Le gros point faible est la localisation

Appartement agréable, très bon rapport qualité prix. Sachez toutefois que si vous réservez via la plateforme Abritel, une agence locale prendra le relais et s’occupera de votre dossier via whatsapp. Rien à redire sur la prestation globale, si ce n’est qu’il manque peut-être quelques éléments indispensables : huile d’olive, sel et poivre, capsules de café pour la machine, un crayon… Nous avons globalement passé un très agréable séjour !

Das Apartment war absolut super. Es war das bisher am best ausgestattete Airbnb in dem ich war. Man hat sich wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. In 25 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und kann auf dem Weg dorthin viel sehen. Auch in 20 Minuten ist man am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe und eine Bus und Bahnstation ebenfalls. Alles easy zu erreichen vom Flughafen. Würden dort wieder einchecken. :)Danke für die schöne Unterkunft.
