Holidays2Malaga Cruz Verde is our holiday apartment located near the Picasso Birthplace Houseand the Cervantes Theatre.

Calle Larios and Plaza de la Constitucion are less than 500 meters away.The Cathedral of Málaga, known as 'La Manquita', the Roman Theatre, and the Alcazaba are approximately 850 meters away.The Thyssen Museum and Picasso Museum are located 550 meters away. At the Cervantes Theatre, you can enjoy a good repertoire of events throughout the year. You will also enjoy seeing the celebrities walk the red carpet during the Málaga Film Festival.The port of Málaga with the newly opened Muelle Uno is less than 1 km away, and the Malagueta Beach with its magnificent beach bars can be found less than 1.5 km away.

Our cozy apartment has all the amenities to make your stay unbeatable in the city of Málaga.Maximum capacity of 4 people. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower and screen. American kitchen with everything you need (microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, etc.). Living-dining room with double sofa bed. Dining area for 4 people.Decorated in an elegant and cozy style, it will make you feel at home.

Pets are allowed. 30 euros per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit.Rules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofas, etc. Please do not leave your pet alone in the apartment and try to avoid noise.

Extras:

The crib has an additional cost of 5.00 € / day.Baby kit (crib, high chair) has an additional charge of 10.00 € / day.You also have the possibility to request in-person check-in at the apartment for an extra cost of 50 €.

Please note:

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. Key collection is done at the office on the day of arrival until 21:00, with personalized attention if required or if you have any questions.Picking up the keys: access to the apartment with code. We will send it to you the day of arrival.



You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia n. 6 (Málaga).

Check-in can be done online or in person at our office. Please, if you choose to do it in person (recommended), don't forget to come earlier as all guests over 16 years old will have to sign the mandatory police registration.

Please note that we will ask for a refundable security deposit with a credit card upon arrival.

Nice Apartement

Very nice apartment to have in malaga. Its not too loud in the night, but the centre is right around the corner. Definitely would recommend it!

Nice apartment one block away from the Old Center

A nice clean apartment in a neighborhood with locals and a mercado/supermarket, perfect for a couple with 1 child one block away from Picasso birth place at la Plaza Merced and the Centro historico.

Amazing location. Apartment looks just like the photos and is surprisingly spacious. Very well-equipped apartment just 2 minutes from Plaza Merced, groceries, and a slew of restaurants. Apartment has quite literally everything you could need for a long-term stay (minus an oven, not a deal). Maybe 7 minutes walk to the beach. Excellent location, quiet at night, anything you could need is just minutes away.

Wrong side of town

It was probably about two or three blocks of the bad side of town in my opinion the apartment was nice but not the shower there was no way from getting water all over the place we thought they would come in to give us clean towels but no that didn’t happen so we had to spread the towels out so they could dry

Good central location.

Great location for the merchad, (which we found out had a decent supermarket the day after we had walked up to the Mercadona. ) and all the cental city restaurants, and parks, bit noisy at night in the area.AC is a blessing, although be aware it is right next to a building site which thankfully wasn't too noisy. Would have helped if there had been an information pack in the apartment , only real drawback is no outside space but at the price no suprise, and we did know beforehand anyway. No oven but then the only thing we cooked was breakfast, far to many inexpensive restaurants to be bothered with cooking, and the beer, well enough said.

Notre séjour à Malaga s'est très bien passé.L'appartement est très bien situé et proche de toutes les commodités ( restaurants, attractions touristiques, transports en commun). Un grand merci à Adriana ( réception) qui est très à l'écoute et qui répond très rapidement à toutes nos questions.

Localisation

Systèmes de keybox très pratique pour récupérer les clés hors horaire de l’agence. L’appartement est proche du centre de malaga cela nous a permis de nous promener dans le centre et de visiter pleins d’endroit à pied. Il a y a plusieurs supérettes et magasins à proximité pour faire les courses. Le port est également proche et vous avez une plage proche et pleins de magasin. Vraiment sympa je recommande!!

Langes Wochenende in Malaga

Wir haben einen 1 jährigen Sohn und waren auf der Suche nach einer günstigen, zentrumsnahen Wohnung mit genug Platz für unseren kleinen. Er krabelt und fängt gerade das laufen an, daher braucht er viel platz :) Bingo. + direkt im Zentrum mit tausenden tapas bars, restaurants in unmittelbarer umgebung. + 15 min zu fuß an den hafen bzw. zur kathedrale. + schick und praktisch eingerichtet. die küche hat alles was man braucht. + großes schlafsofa + Sind nach 21 uhr eingetroffen. Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert dank schlüsselsafe. - abends im schlafzimmer recht laut bis 2 uhr. viel los auf der straße - keine unsichere gegend, aber viele "gangster kids" abends unterwegs (-) aktuell große baustelle direkt am wohnzimmer. da wir tagsüber aber fast nie daheim waren, hat mich uns das nicht gestört. - ein paar kleinere mankos, bspw. die halterung des duschkopfs war kaputt. aber nix tragisches. - abends re

tolle Lage direkt am Rand der Altstadt! Nachts möglicherweise etwas lauter. Ideal für ein paar Nächte in Málaga, Kommunikation schnell und problemlos.

Wie Wohnung liegt ideal sehr Nahe am Zentrum aber doch nicht inmitten dem Trubel. Alles notwendige ist in der Nähe Supermarkt, ein kleine "Take Away Restaurant" mit lecker zubereiteten Gericht zum mitnehmen. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet mit allem. Endlich ein Bad wo es mehrere Möglichkeiten gibt um die Duschhandtücher von der ganzen Familie zum aufhängen. Gerne wieder.

Au cœur du quartier de Lagunillas et son street art, très sympa (même si pas toujours très propre...) Bon séjour dans cette ville très animée.
