Modern architecture and equipped with lines of great simplicity, built in 2012 with excellent materials and very balanced proportions.
The house has five rooms:
• 1 Large living room with large glass doors facing South and West, with American / integrated kitchen, fully equipped. The room is equipped with a TV, cable / satellite, wi-fi, stereo (sound).
• 4 Bedrooms: two suites with double beds and two bedrooms with twin beds
• 3 full bathrooms (i. E. With shower)
Very tasteful decor and comfortable chosen by a renowned Portuguese decorator.
The house is situated on a wooded plot of 32500m2, fenced and with private park with swimming pool and structure to support it. It also has a large terrace adjoining the living room and garden furniture.
A place of great tranquility and easy access to 12km of Aljezur, a typical Algarve town where one can find all kinds of trade, including a good supermarket, is also close to beaches with excellent conditions for surfing.

Nice but with some limitations

The house is very nice, well designed and furnished, but: > there are plenty of eolian wind turbines around the house, producing a continuous noise that becomes annoying, especially at night > missing some amenities, that you could expect in such an expensive villa: - towels for the swimming pool - beach umbrella for the beach

Cher Hugues, Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez eu des problèmes avec l'eau chaude. Ce qui est arrivé est que parfois le panneau solaire n'est pas assez pour tous les bains, et à ce moment doit être allumé sur le système de chauffage alternatif. Salutations, António
