Carlotta is a spacious and bright 4-room vacation home that boasts comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The house is located on the ground floor and has a large entrance hall that leads to the living/dining room. The living/dining room features a dining table and a flat-screen TV, as well as a fan for added comfort. There is also an exit to the garden and the veranda, providing easy access to outdoor spaces.

The house has a large double bedroom with a fan, a small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, and another double bedroom. The kitchen is small but functional, with 4 hot plates, a mini-oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, and a freezer. There is also an exit to the garden from the kitchen. There are 2 showers/bidet/WC and a separate WC. Gas heating is available, but only from 01.11. to 15.04.

The garden is a large 100 m2 and features a portable barbecue, deck chairs, and a sitting area. The view of the garden is lovely, and guests have access to a range of facilities, including a washing machine, a safe, an iron, a mosquito net, a baby cot for up to 2 year olds, and a hair dryer. Internet is available via WiFi and is free of charge. There is also reserved parking available for 1 car at the house.
