Great location, 50 meters to a beautiful beach with snorkeling possibilities, a lot of restaurants nearby, spacious villa that worked greatly when traveling with teenagers. Nice rooftop terrace with a view over the ocean (could have benefited from a few more parasols). Quick response when we had questions. Note: the WiFi doesn’t reach the downstairs bedroom.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. You are 1/2 block to the beach and 1/2 block to the main street of restaurants and shops. Cocktails by the rooftop pool provide breathtaking views. All of my family did have one complaint. All the bed mattress were extremely hard, which made us all uncomfortable. We have stayed at other properties in Greece where this was never a problem. Also, there was a lack of cleaning supplies like brooms, dust pans, and wet mops, which are needed when by a sandy beach. There was very little contact with the owner. No instructions were left on how the house operates, namely , what to do with trash and the guide lines for the toilet paper use. As this is a 4 story walk up, the renters should be warned about all the steps - this is not a house for the elderly or people with mobility issues. Lastly, the description of the house online states an arrangement on pricing with beach chair/umbrella vendors. This is not true.

Mattress comfort is a matter of personal preference, and we regret that they were not to your liking. The owner would also have been happy to provide any additional cleaning equipment as well as instructions, had you let them know at the provided tel number. We understand that the stairs may be challenging for some guests; the layout of the property is described in the listing to help guests assess its suitability before booking. Finally, regarding the beach services, the 10% discount is available exclusively at Cabana Mare Beach Club. Kind Regards.

La maison est très chouette, propre et bien située. La piscine sur le toit est hyper agréable, les espaces sont grands et confortables. Néanmoins, peut-être parce que nous sommes venus en début de saison, il y avait encore quelques problèmes: - nous n'avons eu aucun wifi durant la semaine (et vraiment pour gérer ses vacances c'est pas toujours simple) - le tapis de course ne fonctionnait pas - et il y avait des fuites dans plusieurs salles de bain (pas toujours sympa de se retrouver les pieds mouillés quand on va aux toilettes) - Dans la salle de bains du rez de chaussée, il n'y avait carrément qu'une demi paroi de douche. Un peu dommage au vu du niveau de prestations attendu. REPLY: Wi-Fi issue was due to a general electricity problem in the area; a Starlink antenna has now resolved it. Water issue was caused by a loose bathroom panel; this has been fixed. The running machine issue has now been checked and addressed.

Vila cu toate facilitățile, bine întreținută, locație excelenta, vedere la mare, piscina pe terasa, intr-un cuvânt o încântare. Gianna a fost prompta cu toate solucitarile noastre si ne-a oferit suport pe tot timpul sejurului. O sticla de vin din partea casei la sosire, precum si toate acele mici lucruri necesare ce au fost de la început au întregit o ședere de poveste

A szállás a leírásnak megfelelő. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A házigazda rendkívül kedves és szolgálatkész volt, minden kérésünkre azonnal reagált és intézkedett. A villa tágas volt, szépen berendezett és tiszta. Minden kényelmi felszerelés a rendelkezésünkre állt. A tengerpart nagyon közeli, sekély vízzel, ami pici gyermekeink miatt ideális volt, de a villához tartozó medencét is nagyon szerettük. A közelben bolt és szuper éttermek is találhatóak. Visszatérünk még.
