This spacious and centrally located apartment offers unmatched convenience, with excellent transport links and close proximity to restaurants, bars, shops, and some of London’s top attractions. Within walking distance, you’ll find Tower Bridge, the River Thames, The Shard, Borough Market, and the renowned White Cube Gallery. Boasting stunning city views from each room, the apartment features two double bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and a separate kitchen. It’s the ideal home base for up to 5 guests eager to explore Central London.

The Space:
Located on the 6th floor of secure residential building, there are stunning views of the city. The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities required for up to 5 guests (with use of the sofa bed) to enjoy a comfortable and homely stay in the heart of the city.

KITCHEN
The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything that you could need to cook your own meals at home. There are a variety of pots and pans, modern kitchen appliances, plates, cutlery and glasses. There is also a dining table with two chairs which is a perfect place to sit and have your breakfast. When you are washing up you have views of Tower Bridge and The Shard!

LIVING AND DINING ROOM
The living room has been decorated stylishly and has interesting pieces of artwork hanging on the walls. This room is wonderfully bright and has access to a little balcony where you can make the most of the views. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking) There is also another dining table in here which seats 4 people comfortably.

BEDROOMS
Both of the bedrooms have sumptuous double beds which will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will also be plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings away. Both bedrooms also have fantastic views of London.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a bath with a luxurious rainfall shower head, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
There are so many things to do in the area around the flat. The famous Borough Market (15 minute walk) and Maltby Street Market (6 minute walk) are great places to spend a morning and sample some of London’s best street food.
You are also in walking distance to some of London’s main tourist attractions, including:
The Shard- 19 minute walk
Tower Bridge- 13 minute walk
The White Cube Gallery- 7 minute walk
The Tower of London- 20 minute walk

Getting Around:
This flat is a fantastic position in terms of being able to get around London easily and quickly. There are various tube stops close by, including Bermondsey (14 minute walk), Borough (17 minute walk) and London Bridge (19 minute walk).
There are plenty of bus stops, just a short walk away on Abbey street, from here you can get a bus to surrounding areas and up to Central London.
Alternatively take the river bus from Tower Bridge.
However as this flat is so centrally located is just as easy just to walk.

Other Things to Note:
- There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking)
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in.
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees.
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.

Truth in Advertising

This flat is listed as 'stylish'. Maybe if you were a starving student, no sense of interior design and you could only afford items you found at curbside. Though the flat was clean, the furnishings were very old, in poor condition and poor quality. Many of the cabinets were non functional. The toilet barely flushed, there was no hairdryer and the floors were in desperate need of restoration. The deck appears unsafe and covered with empty pots. My friend and I were only in London 1 full day and only slept and showed there...plus sat on the couch for less than 1 hour. Now I am being told there is a broken chair and I am being charged 85 Sterling..... that is ridiculous!!!!!. The location isn't bad but I would never recommend this apartment.

Je donne une étoile pour la localisation (a 5 mn de tower bridge avec une super vue sur la city) et une étoile pour la réactivité du gérant immobilier (très disponible par mail et par téléphone, très arrangeant). A part cela le logement n’est pas dingue… Le ménage n’est pas fait (poussières sur les meubles et chaussette d’ancien locataire sous le lit + plaques de cuisson pas propre ) alors qu ils disent retirer la caution si le ménage n’est pas fait…. Tout le mobilier est vieillot et en mauvaise état. L’éclairage est très mauvais, les fenêtres ferment mal. Il manque donc une belle rénovation dans cet appartement avant de le louer à qui que ce soit.
