Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped apartment. Well located. What would help other guests:1) notice in the listing that the key is picked up at a different site. 2) directions and approximate walking time between the place where the key is picked up and the apartment. 3) directions on how to use the key to open the door. It was not easy for me. Other than that, excellent stay.

RUN! DO NOT STAY HERE! This property was completely misrepresented in the photos, it was filthy dirty, and 2 large intimidating men entered the property while we 2 midlife women were traveling together and in the apartment when they came in without knocking. They asked me to wire money to them. I called VRBO who said this was an official listing and gave me the ok to pay them directly. Once we arrived and saw the place (which was musty smelling with layers of dust flying off the curtains when shaken), we knew we couldn't stay there. When the men entered the space, we didn't feel safe. We had to leave immediately even while the management team urged us to stay so they could rectify the problem. I have rented my home on VRBO and rented many units from other services and never had a problem like this. This is the one you do not move forward with. Run.

The apartment is accurately represented in the listing, and the photos reflect the actual property, including the exact same curtains shown. The apartment was cleaned and prepared before arrival. When the guest reported an issue with the linens, our cleaning team promptly returned to replace them and complete the cleaning. The photos provided did not substantiate the broader claims that the apartment was filthy or misrepresented. We take guest concerns seriously, but we stand by the accuracy of our listing and the efforts our team made to address the reported issues.
