Spacious, contemporary and stylish, this is the place for a great Cornish Holiday for you, your friends and family. Sleep well in the modern en-suite bedrooms, relax in the enormous lounge, escape to the garden or orangery style dining room - play the free table football. A short walk from the centre of Wadebridge where there independent shops, good pubs, coffee shops and restaurants to enjoy, Orchard house features 3 large ensuite double bedrooms, ideal for 3 couples or with beds made up as twins suitable for single groups and children.
Wadebridge is a thriving former market town, ideally situated almost in the centre of Cornwall - perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches and coastline on both the North and South Coast. There are ample bus links up and down the Coast and across Cornwall for car free days and a plethora of holiday attractions all within easy reach.
The house is in a very quiet and safe area of Wadebridge and features a comfortable lounge, glass topped dining room as well as a private garden with facilities for outside dining and barbeques.
The large fully fitted kitchen is complete with everything you will need including a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and Tassimo coffee machine as well as gas hob and electric oven.
The ensuite bedrooms (complete with robes and slippers and toiletries) can be configured as 3 doubles ( super king and king) or 6 singles or any combination i.e 2 singles and 2 doubles to suit your needs.
As well as free off road parking for 2 cars, for the more active there is secure storage for bikes, golf clubs, surfboards, super fast wifi throughout and Netflix streaming on the lounge and bedroom televisions.
Wadebridge is at the heart of the Camel Trail, an 18 mile off road walking and cycling trail which heads to Bodmin and Bodmin Moor one way and along the Camel estuary to Padstow the other.
There are regular buses from both Padstow and Bodmin so one way walks are no problem and easy bike hire available in the town.
We are within a few miles of Padstow, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle and the clean sandy beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Rock, Harlyn, Trevone, Constantine, Treyarnon and Porthcothan with surfing and sandcastles for all.

Hi, my name is Steve and I am the host of Orchard House. I am looking forward to welcoming you and your family and friends to Orchard House to enjoy a "proper" Cornish holiday.
I live at the back of the house in separate accommodation - far enough away to let you enjoy your privacy but also on hand for help and advice should you need it.

Set in a quiet area of Wadebridge but in walking distance of the town and all it has to offer, Orchard house is perfect for your Cornish holiday. Sleeping 6 the house has every amenity for you to enjoy. All bedrooms are en-suite so it is perfect for groups looking for activity breaks such walking, cycling or golf.
Available all year it is great house to bring your family together at Christmas or the New Year and it makes a great base for people getting married in Cornwall.

What I love about Orchard House is the amount of space the house has. Wide open hallways overlooking the glass topped dining room, a lounge big enough to get lost in, big kitchen and a front and back garden with dining area and seating, that's not to mention the two balconies overlooking the town and the Camel trail - it is a place where you can find your own space to relax and unwind.
There is easy access to all Cornwall can offer by road, bus or walking and the magnificent North Cornish Coast is just a few miles away.
