The house can sleep six people in three bedrooms including one king-size with en-suite, one double and one twin, along with a bathroom. There is an long open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with new settees for the 2023 season, then leading out to the patio. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio and a storage shed. There is off-road parking for two cars. 16 Ocean Heights is a newly built house in a perfect location for those wishing to explore Newquay, it is ideal for those wishing to try out the watersports offered in the area.

Newquay is on the South West Coast Path and the sustrans national cycle route 32 also runs through Newquay. Climbing and abseiling activities are in the area and of course being near the sea, there are also angling/fishing trips.
