Stay in a quality villa with pool in independent apartment with comforts of home.
The ground floor 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment has it’s own kitchen, living room and veranda
The apartment is fully air conditioned with 2 bedrooms ( queen size double and twin ) both en-suite with full bathrooms with baths and overhead showers, modern kitchen with ceramic top cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc. living room with satellite TV with English channels, CD/DVD and safe.
Brand new beds with very comfortable mattresses used in 5* hotels.
FREE and unlimited fast fibre WI-FI available in the apartment.
The apartment has a separate entrance through a veranda with table and chairs and is situated on the opposite side of the villa than the pool ( 20 meters walk )

Villa Eber is a spectacular villa situated near beaches and Old Town of Albufeira, marina with boat trips, water sports, golf, tennis courts, Zoomarine, water parks, Crazy Golf, Karting, Algarve Shopping and many other Algarve attractions.
All apartments are independent, spacious, very comfortable, fully air conditioned with modern kitchens and full bathrooms, satellite TV with English speaking channels, CD/DVD, free and fast unlimited WI-FI, safes and balconies or veranda. Beautifully kept garden with a large swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The villa enjoys a superb location in a very quiet area but close to old town and is only 3 minutes drive ( around €4.00 - €5.00 with Uber ) from the capital of tourism in the Algarve the town of Albufeira with great restaurants, unforgettable nightlife and beautiful golden beaches.
Private secure parking inside the property grounds behind automatic gates with remote control. There are two exterior security cameras located at the front of the villa ( entrance area to the villa by the parking area)
Maid service is provided 3 times per week with change of linen once per week and change of towels twice per week. Please remember to bring your pool/beach towels.

Car Hire, Taxi transfer from Airport & local info.:
For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber.
We can also reserve private airport transfer from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €44.00 each way for 2-4 people and €52.00 for 5-6 people and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.

Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside.
Zoomarine and water parks are 10-20 min. drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira and new marina about 4-5 minutes.

Villa Eber is absolutely stunning, the property owners have it spotless and the villa, pool and gardens are all equally beautiful. We have had an amazing stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Amazing location with an amazing host

We have just stayed for a week but our room has been cleaned 3 times. Absolutely amazing service - the host Andrew and his wife Anna were super helpful and friendly. The place is spotless and in great quiet location close to all beaches, old town restaurants and the marina. And when you come back from all day travelling the pool is the best treat. Would definitely come back it was a great relaxing holiday. Thank you

Perfect place for a long weekend break

I recently stayed at Villa Eber for a few days to get away from the hectic London life. Andrew and Ana were the perfect hosts from the moment I arrived and made sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The apartment was fantastically clean and comfortable, and the villa itself was just outside the centre of the Albufeira which meant it was perfect and peaceful for a relaxing holiday. I will most definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you to Andrew and Ana for a fantastic mini holiday.

We absolutely loved this property, perfect location, cosy and inviting and host Andrew was extremely helpful. 4 star apartments at good price

we enjoyed great holiday at villa eber, apartments are very high standard and roomy we were met by andrew and while he explained everything he gave us complimentary drinks after that you got settled in and andrew and anna were always at hand if you needed them dont go there if you are expecting to party and make a lot of noise it is along walk into the old town we used the taxis which were only 4-6 euros and were there in 5 mins all in all a very pleasant holiday my partner and 2 teenage daughters would definately go back there again thanks to andrew and anna for great holiday p.s the pool was very good as well

This is an excellent property , cleanliness is a priority , friendliness comes without asking , the owners who live on site are informative and so helpfull it is unbelievable. If you have you children it is perfect , very safe & secure . we had a hire car , recommended , the villa has all the quietness & relaxation we were looking for while keeping the kids happy , yet the town is only a few minutes away with all it can offer , plenty of places near to eat & entertain , we cant thank andrew & anna enough for our stay , thank you , a holiday beyond expectations

Villa Eber

Arrived home last week after our 2 weeks at villa eber. Great peaceful location. The apartment was spacious and immaculately clean, with a change of linen and towels throughout our stay. The kitchen was clean but basic. I would have happily swopped the dishwasher for an oven, although there was a BBQ in the garden .The pool was fantastic and a favourite with our girls. Andrew and Ana were extremely helpful and friendly and even handled our car hire which we would recommend. Albuferia and the locality are idealy suited. The towns were beautiful,the beaches were also fantastic. We had a really wonderful holiday! Tim, Michelle, Alice and Gabby

A quite location, very comfortable and spotlessly clean it was a haven away from busy Albufeira.

Ana and Andrew couldn't have been nicer, they were so welcoming and perfect hosts and were there if we needed them. My husband and I were there with our (adult) daughter and had the 2 bedroom, 2 ensuite apartment that was cosy and spoltlessly clean with regular cleaning and towel change. It was so comfortable, a real home away from home! It had everything we needed. The apartment was approximately 30 minutes walk from the old town in Albufeira which really suited us as we love to walk and didn't want to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle. The pool area and quite veranda were such a bonus. Thanks so much Ana and Andrew for making us feel welcome, I really enjoyed our chats. I would highly recommend this property. Wonderful holiday in a fantastic villa

This was our second stay at Villa Eber and happy to say that it was just as good second time round after a gap of a few years. The listing is accurate and we can only echo the other reviewers as to how good the villa is. Everything has been thought of and the villa is extremely clean and well cared for. The hosts are absolutely charming and gave us such good advice and tips for our stay. Truly, nothing was too much trouble! We had a car, so the villa was an ideal base, but it is an easy walk to the nearest shop/restaurant or a short taxi ride into the old town or strip area at night. We would happily recommend this property, or any other of the owner's properties (We have stayed at some). We certainly won't leave it as long before returning again! Tony & Joanne Nunn

Great villa and very relaxing.

Villa Eber was a lovely place to stay, whilst on holiday. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Everything we required was provided and the setting was very quiet and peaceful. The owners, Anna and Andrew were amazing and bent over backwards to accommodate us. For instance, my son burst his inflatable on the 3rd day but Andrew came to the rescue with other inflatable pool toys he could borrow instead. We were lucky enough to have the pool mainly to ourselves at the times we used it. Everyone that we came across was friendly, considerate and respectful. The villa is a short distance out of the town but that helps add to the peace which allows you to relax. Both of the owners help and give advise, so you can get the best out of your stay. We had a lovely holiday at Villa Eber... Wish we were still there :)

Very suitable and clean

We as a family had a wonderful stay at villa Eber the 2 bedroom apartment was ideal and was just as it said it was in the pictures and description on the web site Andrew and Ana his wife were more than welcoming and would do anything for us they had a drink for our arrival and Andrew then ran us to the local supermarket he also gave us local numbers for taxis and when we couldn't get a taxi offered to take us to town The apartment and pool area we immaculate and were tended to daily There were 2 other couples sharing the pool and had apartments upstairs from our apartment who were lovely and we had a great few days with them this helped to make our holiday a wonderful experience We went to a different restaurant in the old town every night and they were all very good these included the bank,Casanova,fabulous I would advise anyone to use the apartment Thank you all so much

Excellent Villa/Apartment

We loved this place, perfect place to chill out, Andrew and his wife are excellent as hosts, the apartments and pool are maintained to the highest standard and also the cleanliness of the place, it had everything you would need on a holiday. Check is was perfect, offered a drink upon arrival and was even left a lovely bottle of wine and a welcome note. Andrew arranged our transfers from the airport and also back to the airport which was great for us. The apartment is around 45 minutes walk to the beach of the old town, and we were aware of this before we arrived so it was not a problem for us, taxi ride is around 7 euros, a couple of local restaurants within 15 min walk which we tried and they were very nice. Shop on the camping site around 10 mins walk has most things you would need. would definitely recommend these apartments for a quiet and peaceful holiday, and within what i would call close enough to the beach if you really wanted to go.

Very well-kept & inviting villa at sunny Algarve

We (family of 2 adults and 2 kids, 11 and 13 y) have just returned from a great 2- weeks stay at Villa Eber. Coming from Belgium, we very much appreciated the permanent sunshine at the Algarvian Coast. The villa demonstrated to be an enjoyable accomodation for our vacation. The whole complex is perfectly well-kept, absolutely clean and looked after, you immediately have a good and safe feeling there. It provides a garden and a nice pool. The apartement is well equipped with basic hardware in the kitchen. The landlord and his wife are very helpful and friendly, providing valuable recommendations for whatever needed. The villa is located a few km outside of Albufeira (you need a car), which we found positive. The town is quite touristic, so we preferred more the sorrounding area with its marvellous coastline and beautiful bays. We highly recommend this villa, very good price performance ratio! We hope to get back there again some day.

Peaceful Holiday in a lovely Villa

We stayed at Villa Eber in the ground floor 2 bedroomed villa. We were met by Andrew, who offered us a lovely cold drink on arrival. The villa itself is spacious, well laid out and spotless. Each bedroom is large with en-suite. The shower is a good powerful one. The kitchen is a good size with all equipment needed. The living room is quite large with a comfy settee and chair. A nice sized dining table with 4 chairs. In fact you could quite comfortably live in the villa. Outside is a good sized pool that is always clean as is all the sun bathing furniture. The owner Andrew is a lovely person and nothing was too much trouble should you have any issues or concerns. You either need to hire a car or use taxis if you want to get out and about. Taxis are cheap at 5 Euros each way to the Old town. Overall we had a fantastic week with lovely weather in a relaxing and peaceful villa. Would definitely recommend Villa Eber.

Great villa in the sun

We stayed in the ground floor apartment of Villa Eber and what a great apartment it is with loads of space for 4 people. When we arrived we were met by Andrew with a very welcome ice cold drink. The Villa Eber accommodation is spotless and well laid out with en-suite bathroom to each bedroom. Both bedrooms are large. The kitchen is a good size with all the equipment needed to enjoy a good cooked meal. The living room with dining table is an ideal size with comfy furniture. In fact the whole apartment is that spacious you could live in it. The swimming pool is spotless with enough sunbeds and is a sun trap most of the day. Lovely place to relax after a hard day sight seeing. Although the Villa is in the country the local taxi company provides a taxi quickly, which costs roughly 5 Euros to the old town. The owner Andrew is a really nice person and nothing is too much trouble for him should you need anything. If your off to Albufeira and looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday with spotless accommodation at a good price then Villa Eber is exactly what you need. Would highly recommend.

great villa

We have just spent a lovely week at Villa Eber (10 - 17th May). And now I feel compelled to write a review in order to spread the word about this wonderful villa. Right from start we were made welcome by Andrew who spent about 15 mins explaining everything we needed to know about the villa; directions to the old town and new town and all the other directions to Albuferia's delights. This was most helpful as the villa is around 45 minutes from the old town but is an easy and delightful walk to get to. The apartment itself contains all mod-cons needed for a short or long stay. The living room and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable; the kitchen and dining areas are the same too. There was a 32 inch TV with access to local stations in the north of Ireland and many English speaking channels too. A real home from home. Moreover, the villa was kept clean and tidy by being cleaned every other week. The pool is great too. We shared this pool with another couple who were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great week here. So anyone wanting a quiet time at a lovely villa in the sun then I would highly recommend the beautiful Villa Eber. Paul and Muriel

Villa Eber review - June 09

My wife and I and twin daughters (11 months old) have just returned from a week at Villa Eber. I must say it was a great villa, beautifully maintained and great hosts (Andy & Anna) Nothing was too much hassell. We were welcome at 11p.m with 2 cool beers - exactly the refreshment required!!! They also drew maps to the best beaches I would recommend hiring a car (They can be pricey) but again Andy sorted all of this for us. We managed to fit all our things and twin buggy into a renault clio which was perfect for the week. There is now sky TV in the villa and internet access (An additional charge is applied for this) Note it is not wireless and apparently does not work with a macbook. In general WIfi is difficult to locate in the Algarve. We found a great place about 7km for the Villa called "Scooby's" they had swings and a park for our girls, wifi, swimming pool and great hosts. Back to the villa. It had nearly everything you need apart from a cooker, although there was a hob and microwave, still impossible to cook a pizza. Overall if you want a quiet retreat and are prepared to travel for restaurants etc (Not far about 2km) then villa Eber is the place for you.

First class holiday accommodation

We have just returned from a 9 day holiday at Villa Eber and were really impressed with every aspect of our stay. The villa's details on the website appealed to us when planning our trip and on arrival surpassed our high expectations. ( We look for high quality accommodation in an attractive setting, accessible to but not in a holiday resort). Our first floor one bedroom apartment at Villa Eber was immaculate and spacious with one large balcony and a smaller one - so we had sunshine most of the day, through to early evening. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances, crockery etc. When not out and about, we enjoyed relaxing at the lovely swimming pool and surrounding garden area. The Villa's setting is tranquil and rural, although only a few kilometres from the hustle and bustle of Albufeira - a short 5 minute taxi ride or drive and we were in the old town area, with shops, bars, restaurants and good supermarkets. Andrew and Ana's informative, professional, though unobtrusive, service throughout our stay ensured we had opportunity to enjoy the many places of interest and lovely beaches all within easy driving distance of Villa Eber (we especially enjoyed the beach at Sao Rafael and a trip to the mountain village of Alte and the town of Silves). Villa Eber is well placed to see most of the Algarve for those not wanting to just stay put and enjoy relaxing at the pool and the surrounding countryside. We certainly plan to go back to Villa Eber and have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to others. Thanks again to Andrew and Ana - really wonderful hosts. Très bon séjour. Merci à la femme de ménage qui a fait un travail au top (lit refait à chaques passages, même s'il était déjà fait). Merci à Andrew et à sa femme pour l'accueil. Adresse à recommander 👍

Urlaub in Albufeira

Wir können die Villa Eber nur weiter empfehlen 👍Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und wenn man etwas zusätzlich benötigt kann man sich jederzeit an die sehr netten Vermieter wenden. 3 x wöchentlich wird die Wohnung sehr sorgfältig geputzt und es werden regelmäßig die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Top ! Es ist sehr schön ruhig und am Pool konnten wir gemütlich entspannen. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5-7 Minuten am Einkaufszentrum und auch das Zentrum von Albufeira ist schnell erreichbar. Es war auf jeden Fall ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Albufeira in der Villa Eber. Vielen Dank noch mal für alles☺️

I am Andrew and together with my wife Ana have been renting holiday accommodation in Albufeira for many years and have advertised on HomeAway / Vrbo since 2001.
We both enjoy sailing and going in the winter to cooler places for some skiing.
