Location good, flat is a bit tired & could have been cleaner, was warm & heating could be altered

We were re-located from the Marlborough to the Waverley in Churchill Tower a short time before our booking! The flat is a bit "tired" inside & contents basic, could have been cleaner. Heating was good & easily adjusted according to the weather. The bathroom could benefit from having a fan installed. The location was good & relatively quiet.
