Lallan Shores has been immaculately upgraded and refurbished to a high standard throughout. The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with dining area and a smart TV. It has a shower room with a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms, one king size and one double, complete the comfortable accommodation.

The building benefits from immaculate common areas and on street parking.

This luxury property is right on the doorstep of many top quality restaurants and bars and you will find the beach approx. 1 mile away.

Troon beach offers beautiful walks and kids play areas. For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Royal Troon, Darley and Fullarton and all nearby.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.

Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.

Lovely stay with myself & 2 friends who were working at Ayr races. Found nice places to eat at Harbour Bar and the Tempura Cafe/Bar on Portland St was excellent! Accommodation was very tasteful throughout with a beautiful garden to the rear. Will be looking to return.

Lovely flat in a great location

We had a very comfortable stay in Troon. The location was great for walking to the beach, shops, food outlets. Flat is tastefully decorated. Only small gripe was no binbags and maybe some teabags/milk would've been a nice touch. We would certainly stay here agaib!

The property was just amazing you don't need any thing except your clothes.. Sea side is 5 minutes waking distance and morrisons is 10 minutes away. I loved it and will be back in again with my family.. Thank you so much for the good experience that I had.
