The Paddocks is a newly-renovated single-storey brick-built property that stands on its own in the grounds of the owner's property. Frettenham is a quiet, rural village situated just on the edge of the Broads. It is a great base for exploring the many attractions of the area. Wroxham, the heart of the broads is just a short distance away and from here you can hire a day boat and explore the inlets and rivers unaccessible on foot.

Notes: The layout of the property may make it more suitable for the less able and a seat for the shower is available on request.
