Spectacular apartment with private terrace in the heart of the city. Very close to the Plaza Nueva, a few minutes away on foot you will find the main monuments of the city, such as the Cathedral or the Giralda, as well as the shopping and restaurant area.

Nice design apartments, comfortable and practical that will make your stay perfect.

Capacity for up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a spectacular private terrace with furniture to enjoy the sun all year round.

Surrounded by different types of commerce such as bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. Ideal for families, couples and/or friends.

The apartment is located in a residential building, so guests are requested not to make noise in the common areas during rest hours.

Perfect location

Lovely apartment very close to the main tourist attractions in a quaint part of town. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

Cozy and super spacious place! Love the natural light across the unit. I didn’t get to use the rooftop balcony since it rained the whole time I was there but it was still really nice when I checked it out!The location is great for walking to the cathedral and city center. I would come back here if I visit Seville again in the future.

Our apartment was perfectly placed to explore Seville on foot. It was quiet and secure. It had a lovely roof terrace where we enjoyed sitting. There were a few minor glitches with hot water and access to the roof terrace, when we arrived, however green apartments who run the property were very prompt in sorting these.

De locatie is perfect, midden in het centrum. Je loopt overal makkelijk naar toe. De woonkamer, slaapkamer en hal zijn lekker ruim. De keuken is klein, daar kun je niet met 2 personen tegelijk in werken. De airco werkt perfect in de slaap- en woonkamer. Erg fijn dat er een lift is al loop je ook makkelijk 4 trappen naar de 2e etage. We misten een welkomspakket met thee, zout, olie en dergelijke. Volgens het welkomsbriefje in de hal had dat er wel moeten zijn.. Het dakterras is zoals op de foto's al liggen er andere (lichtere) kussens. We misten opbergruimte voor de kussens, die werden nat in de regen en waren aan een kant ook erg vies. Maar het dakterras was een hele fijne plek om te verblijven.
