Excellent location. Close to so many restaurants, shops and attractions. Apartment super clean and modern. Stairs to upstairs bedroom are a bit steep, but bedroom and patio upstairs are worth it.

Fantastic location. Host met us promptly for checkin. The upstairs bedroom has VERY steep stairs going to it, so be aware if you have small children or mobility issues. Unit was very clean and worked well for us

The location of this apartment is perfect. It was clean and the property manager met all of our requests. I would recommend this to anyone that has 2-4 people in their party. The two beds are full size.

Nice stay

Location was great, everything close by and still very quiet. Nice apartment in a traditional Sevilla old city house. The sundeck was a welcome extension.

Great location in the heart of Seville

The best thing about the apartment is its central location, minutes away from the Cathedral and shops/restaurants. Having a roof terrace was a real bonus although the stairs up to it (and the second bedroom) are not for those who are unsteady on their feet. Some aspects of the accommodation are slightly tired and there was a shortage of glasses in the cupboards. But we really enjoyed our stay, everything worked fine and we loved exploring this gorgeous city.

The apartment is perfectly placed in the old town. Markus very kindly let us in early as we arrived on an early flight. It was a rather 'corporate ' apartment and somehow felt a little unloved and could have done with a refresh. The only problem we had was that drains in the bathroom smelled bad but that may well have involved something to do with the whole block rather than the particular apartment. This is why i have gone with good rather than excellent.

Thank you Carolin for your feedback. We contacted the cleaning company and addressed the issues you mentioned. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. However, the cleaner contacted us back saying you refused to check out at 11h on your departure day, and you left her on purpose 3 big rubbish bags in a very rude way when leaving. Regarding your arrival, we did in fact accommodate you only a few minutes past 15h .We always try to be flexible with the check in and allow our guests to enter before 16h. Just to clarify the Internet router that was perfectly working with previous guests, when it was broken upon your arrival, we quickly reacted by calling a technician from the provider who came the following morning to install a new one. It was fixed in less than 24 hours. Again apologies If it caused you trouble. We want to thank you for your visit. We take very seriously comments from our guests and we felt sorry again If you could not fully enjoy your experience. Best regards Manuel

Comodo appartamento in centro
