The Space:
This majestic, recently renovated seaside house will offer an ideal base for an unforgettable Bracklesham Bay visit. The ground floor open concept design living area opens to the fully fenced garden, allowing you to soak up the sun and catch a breath of the soothing sea breeze. You can fully open the bi-fold doors and connect the interior with the patio.

You'll surely visit some exciting restaurants along the seafront, but we have fully equipped the kitchen to allow for the preparation of tasty homemade meals.

As the sun goes down and you are done adventuring for the day, four comfortable bedrooms will provide all the rest you need to continue writing the West Sussex fairy tale.

The Neighborhood:
The house is nestled right on the seafront in Bracklesham Bay. It's an attractive part of West Sussex that's popular with holidaymakers. The beach is the star attraction, of course, but there's plenty more in the area to keep you occupied.

There's a convenience store close by where you can stock up on those essentials to fill the kitchen cupboards and fridge freezer at the start of your stay. Bracklesham Bay also has an Italian restaurant, Chinese, Indian, fish and chip shop, and Billy's on the Beach (A lovely seaside cafe/restaurant). There is also everything you will need in the nearby village East Wittering, with a fishmonger, butcher, pharmacy, greengrocers, and Supermarket.

We are also fortunate here with numerous great pubs to choose from! The Lamb (West Wittering), The Shore (East Wittering), and The Old House at Home (West Wittering).

There are water-based activities such as kite surfing, kayaking, and paddleboard hire for the adventurous types in your group. And there's plenty to do in the nearby East and West Wittering, which has glorious sandy beaches.

Chichester is not too far away either, and this is a popular, historic city with bars, restaurants, pubs, shops, and coffee shops to keep you all entertained. It has a cathedral and a theatre too.

If you're in the area for horse racing at Goodwood or the Festival of Speed, booking to stay here means you won't have far to go to get to and from the venue.

Getting Around:
A car will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area. As you already know, we offer a free parking spot.

But having your vehicle is by no means essential, as there's plenty that you can reach on foot or by bike if you need to. And your hosts will let you know about the best cab companies to use in the area if you want someone else to do the driving.

The nearest bus stop is about a 15-minute walk away, from where you can catch services into Chichester, where you will find a train station that can connect you with locations across southern England, including Portsmouth, Brighton, and London.
