Apartment is on the top floor of a large Victorian home with sea views. A 2 min walk to shops and UKSA and 5 min walk to High Street and Shepard’s Wharf. Easy access to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is 7 minute walk from Red Jet (Southampton/W. Cowes). On bus route but also free off-road parking. Discount on ferry tickets available.

We are a family that have always loved the Solent and were lucky enough to move here a year ago. We are delighted to be able to share this beautiful spot with visitors. We have lived in5 countries around the world and the Isle of Wight is certainly one of the most beautiful places to live. I speak French; German; Italian and some Spanish so I hope we shall start to have some visitors from across the world to visit this beautiful island.

This property is unique in that it is a 5 minute walk from the high street in Cowes yet in a peaceful and residential area. There is a lovely collection of cafes; restaurants and shops with local produce for sale. There is a super market a 2 minute walk away. The marinas are also a 5 minute walk away so ideal for crew or visitors by boat.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Five minutes walking distance to high street for shops and restaurants. Five minutes walk from the beach; river or Solent. A 7 minute walk from the foot passenger ferry from Cowes to Southampton. I have invested in expensive beds; bedding and linen to make guests as comfortable as possible. There are river and sea views from the the larger bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own ensuite loo and sink and desk with a lamp and desk chair.
