The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located next to Entença metro stop, right by Eixample district, the city centre of Barcelona
The Space:
Welcome to this 107 m2 spacious apartment in a building located just a few steps from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. Barcelona’s iconic Eixample is a must-see for art and culture enthusiasts, since it houses some of the city’s most famous landmarks and museums.
This apartment has a comfortable living room with a dining table opened to a huge backyard terrace, ideal for sunny days in Barcelona.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is divided into two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
- Bedroom 2: 2 Individual beds
- Living room: 1 Double sofa-bed

It’s an ideal place for small groups of friends, families, couples or business travelers due to its excellent location. I have other apartments on the same building; really convenient for big families, groups of friends or business trips.
- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.
- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.

The Neighborhood:
The Esquerra de l’Eixample, or Left of Extension in Catalan, is separated into two sections: old and modern, which is where Entença is located. The style of Old Left Eixample is largely Neo-Romanesque, and visitors are encouraged to take a stroll through the neighborhood to observe the wonderful architecture. The Universitat de Barcelona and the Plaça de la Universitat, both of which are only a few minutes’ walk from the flat, are good instances of this. They will also come across The Mercat de Sant Antoni, the Ninot, where they may purchase some goods. New Left Eixample was built in the 1930s and is more of a Monderisme style. Close by are the Casa Batlló, the Escola Industrial, the Modelo Prison, and the Escorxador Slaughterhouses. These structures, on the other hand, were built before the neighborhood was even conceived.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Rocafort (Line 1).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça España. The cost is around 4.5€
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Perfect Location nice apartment.
We had a great time at the apartment it was as described with the addition of a big outside space which is a bonus in Bareclona. The apartment was perfect for our needs and worked very well good links to travel and great location with loads of great restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

Good location but needs work
We really enjoyed the location, close to shops, restaurants and transportation but the apartment needs work, the room with the 2 beds had mold on the ceiling due to no ventilation in the bathroom and the beds were very uncomfortable. Poorly equipped kitchen, missing kitchen utensils, no dish towel. The courtyard was a nice bonus but would been nice to have some type of lounge chairs to be able to enjoy the weather.

Nice place to stay
Nice and well equipped flat.
Arrival procedure a bit complicated and a feeling of being left alone: no physical presence or contact. We do prefer actual relationships.
One major problem: the staircase just above the back bedroom, with very noisy neighbours. Noise insulation not at its best.
On the whole, we were satisfied.

Adequate
The location was convenient. There was quite a bit of deferred maintenance of the property. The price seemed quite expensive for the level of quality of this flat. Outside space could have been a bonus, but not really very usable. The space was relatively adequate for having a place to go at the end of the day, but is not necessarily a home in which one would want to spend a lot of time.

Abbiamo prenotato per 5 Adulti, ma al momento Dell arrivo abbiamo trovato 4 letti e un divano che era un divano (non divano/letto). La lampadina della sala era fulminata e la porta per accedere al balcone aveva la maniglia penzolante.
