This lovely apartment is located in a residential area of Minusio, a stone\'s throw from the town and its services and 5 minutes from the town center. The living room consists of a relaxation area, with a sofa, armchair and a TV for watching a movie with friends after a day of sightseeing, and a dining table for 4. The sofa becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). 

The kitchen is complete and equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home. 

The double bedroom is bright and overlooks the small terrace furnished with table and chairs: have breakfast or enjoy an aperitif, while enjoying the mild Ticino climate!

The apartment is completed by a bathroom with bathtub-shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Minusio is a picturesque village overlooking Lake Maggiore. From Minusio it is possible to reach the town of Locarno on foot or by bicycle along the magnificent lakeside promenade: walking along it, one discovers period villas, restaurants, cafés, beaches, up to the Muralto lakeside promenade, Lido di Locarno, Parco della Pace and Parco delle Camelie.

Locarno can be reached by car in just five minutes.

Numerous boats depart from the Locarno pier for a tour of the most beautiful villages on the lake.

By car, from the A2 motorway take exit 48- Rivera towards Monteceneri and set your GPS: you will reach the apartment in 10 minutes.

By train, from Locarno station take bus no. 1 direction \"Gordola, Centro Professionale\" for 4 stops and get off at \"Minusio, Crocifisso\". In 3 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment. Or, take bus no. 311 direction \"Bellinzona, Stazione\" for 3 stops and get off at the stop \"Minusio, Via Verbano\". In 3 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
