Vila Lobo Country Houses is the perfect place to relax in comfort and tranquility. Located in a small village in the heart of the Algarve, in southern Portugal, it boasts a prime location surrounded by nature within the national ecological reserve, ideal for beautiful walks in the surrounding area, a true retreat just 15 km from the region’s idyllic beaches, golf courses, tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, services, and Faro Airport.

The Space:

The property is an authentic building dating back to 1853 that has been restored while preserving traditional Algarve architecture, blended with a touch of modernity and plenty of comfort.

At Casa Alfarroba, you’ll always find a cosy bed for a well-deserved rest, high-quality bedding and towels, air conditioning, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen—including a Nespresso coffee machine—and a bathroom with hot water, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.

On the balcony, enjoy meals at the table, soaking up the warm summer days outdoors or the star-filled sky in winter.

Relax in the shared spaces, which feature: barbecue grills, sofas, and hammocks.

The gardens are delightful places to spend the day or unwind after
your outings, listening to the birdsong, reading a good book, or enjoying a fine wine or one of our house cocktails.

There is a laundry room available by appointment.
Additional notes
Vila Lobo takes you back in time with its bucolic landscape of ruins from the last century. Although not prohibited, the presence of small children requires constant parental supervision.
