We stayed om Broadleaf for 4 nights.

We stayed om Broadleaf for 4 nights. The cottage itself was great and was very clean. The welcome pack was very well received.The on site games rooms,pool and football pitch, kids plsygrpuhd ans dog walking area was great. The pool was quite cold when we stayed just to be warned. This lovely farm is in the middle of nowhere but a great getaway. Steph the housekeeper was helpful and helped with any issues.The Internet service and WiFi was a issue and was not very good for the most of our stay. The tv's need upgrading in Broadleaf. Close to Beverley and Brid and other places. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous family holiday at Broadleaf in February.

We had a fabulous family holiday at Broadleaf in February. The cottage is spacious, clean and comfortable. Our party of 4 adults and a 15 year old all had a wonderful time.There are lots of places to visit around 1 hour from the cottage. We visited York, Bridlington, Scarborough,, Kingston-upon-Hull and Hornsea. We also went a little further to Whitby. The farm is very quiet and is the perfect place for a break.The games room is great with so much to do - we didn’t use the swimming pool, but it looked good..There are only two possible negatives we can think of, (although not a problem for us):1) The farm is about 4 miles from the nearest village so you will need a car to get supplies, etc. 2) There is no phone signal and very limited wi-fi (the owners are working to find a solution to this).There are so many positives and we would definitely recommend Broadleaf and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.Thank you
