The two bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to provide a well-balanced space with a luxurious carpeted finish and bespoke British made integrated and internally illuminated wardrobes adding a sense of sophistication and luxury. The two bathrooms are fully tiled with large ceramic tiles.

A very comfortable stay in a well equipped apartment that is very centrally located.

The apartment was spotless, quiet, very well equipped and comfortable. The central location was perfect for us and the secure car park put our minds at rest that the car was indeed very secure. Only a short walk to the city centre and all it's attractions is a real bonus.

Safe comfortable home from home but in York

This fab apartment was set in a secure complex it had everything you could need for a comfortable stay to include books and games, the kitchen well equiped with all mod cons, clean fluffy white towels, comfy beds fantastic location 10mins walk to minster and no more than 20mins to all other attractions parking was behind a secure gate, Mika was easy to contact if needed, we love york and just had a wonderful stay🤗 weve only stayed in hotels before but will be back for sure to stay in no 35 ❤️

The apartment is stunning, it’s like a 5 Star hotel , everything you need, warm cosy and clean, comfortable beds ,lovely fluffy towels it’s just perfect, this is the 2nd year we have stayed and it’s great The safe and locked car park is an added bonus and the check in is easy Thank you

The spacious accommodation with luxury touches. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and welcome pack. Central location is ideal to explore York but also how quiet it was to get a good night's sleep. The free car park space is also a rarity in York.

Great location, easy walking distance to Minster, Shambles, Railway Station etc. York is always a great place to visit. The apartment is modern and well equipped even down to a portable air con unit as well as fans for those of us who prefer cold rooms to warm ones. Big bonus is having a parking space for the car. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment in a great location

This was a really well-appointed apartment in a great location for the city. Perfect for a weekend exploring and lovely to have somewhere to relax with plenty of space for a family of 4 including two sizeable teenagers. Having free, secure parking was a real bonus and the welcome box of Yorkshire goodies very much appreciated.

Our favorite stay in all of England!

My sister and I stayed in No. 35 for 3 nights during our 3 week vacation in Wales and England and it was the best place of our entire trip! Best decor and amenities, best parking, best beds, best showers with wonderful water pressure, best welcome and information for stay, cleanest, modern and inviting, and beautiful building and onsite grounds as well. It was hard to leave each day to explore the area and a joy to come back to each evening. Would definitely recommend!

everything we expected it would be and more......

Coffee machine. Everything was spotless in the kitchen and liked the welcome pack and there was ice in the freezer. Plenty of hangers and storage space. On the downside the double bed sheet had a small rip in and the fan in the ensuite bathroom didn't work . TV not working on the morning of the second day which wasn't fixed until 6 ish which could have been an issue if we'd been in. someone should have come and fixed it as soon as I reported it

Pristine accommodations at a great price for this much space.

Impeccably clean property, larger and brighter than it looked in photos. Everything in excellent working condition and with every amenity we could ask for. The ability to do laundry was so helpful, as was the parking spot in a city where parking is at a premium. Beautiful welcome basket and highly responsive host. We stayed in several places throughout the country on this trip and this was the best value — so much space and high quality amenities for the price.
