The SC C06 is a 3-room maisonette vacation property with a comfortable and modern design, spanning 54 square meters. The living room features a TV with a flat screen and a DVD player. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and capsules for both Tassimo and filter coffee machines.

The property is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron, and Wi-Fi internet access free of charge. It has a terrace measuring 10 square meters, with both west and north-facing positions, furnished with terrace furniture and an electric barbecue. The upper floor of the SC C06 vacation maisonette consists of two bedrooms.
