Come and enjoy this seafront apartment located in the heart of Mimizan Plage and its amenities.
Park your car in this secure residence and enjoy the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.

This 32 m² one-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. It features an entrance hall, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a very bright living/dining room with a sofa bed, a small bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, a mezzanine with a bunk bed (two 90x190cm beds), and a bathroom with a toilet.

The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of the ocean and the Courant River, which you can enjoy over a meal with family or friends.

The apartment has a free private parking space within the residence.

BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL.
(Please take the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towel, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)

To be paid on arrival: tourist tax (from 0.83€ to 4.40€ depending on classification/nights/persons)

Appartement vue sur courant de MiMiZAN

sympathique appartement, Très bien situé : idéal pour l'arrière saison = TRES calme. vue très agréable sur le courant de MIMIZAN et sur la plage. Logement pas vraiment récent mais bien conçu et rénové. PETITE terrasse en angle mais idéale pour 2 personnes : vue sur la mer. 3è étage = tranquillité.

Schöne Lage, vergammeltes Objekt mit viel Lärm

Tolle Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand, toller Blick auf den Ozean. ABER: das Gebäude ist ca. 30 Jahre alt und ist in einem desolaten Zustand: Schwarze Schlieren an der Fassade, verrostete Dachrinnen, teilweise komplett vergammelte Wohnungen, die sogar von außen zu sehen sind. Unser Apartment zeigte auch zahlreiche Spuren der Verkommenheit: vergammelte Fenster, verschimmelte Sockelleisten, die schäbige Tür. Den traumhaften Blick vom Balkon aus konnten wir gar nicht genießen, weil dieser komplett verschimmelt und regelmäßig mit Taubenkot übersät war. Nachts konnte man unmöglich schlafen, wegen des dauerhaften penetranten Lärms durch Jugendliche bis in die Morgenstunden, und das jeden Tag. Einen erholsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt stellen wir uns ganz anders vor.
