Amazing villa by the sea

This charming villa is one of the few remaining constructions so close to the sea. Just five steps and you will feel the water on your feet!

The property has plenty of outdoor spaces to chill out, like its porticos with breathtaking views to the ocean, the exterior dining rooms or the delightful belvedere next to the sea. The 2.000sqm garden has its private pool with an exceptional panorama: from the relaxing sunbeds you will see the Atlantic Islands in the horizon. This three-storey house has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a comfortable dining room and a full equipped kitchen. The three levels of the house are connected by a lightly steep staircase. The standard occupancy of the house is for 11 people. We can provide 3 extra beds for a maximum occupancy of 14 people.

The villa is next to a secondary road with little rush and a cycle lane. It is two-minute drive from the beautiful town of Baiona, with plenty of traditional brasseries where to enjoy local seafood. You will also find countless gorgeous beaches around, including the stunning Cíes Islands easily reachable by boat: `playa de Rodas ́ is considered to be “the most beautiful beach in the world” (sic.`The Guardian ́). Cíes is nowadays an uninhabited and pristine national park, with a perfect crescent of soft, pale sand backed by small dunes sheltering a calm lagoon of crystal-clear sea.

..really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful setting! it is more beautiful than this picture depicts and is well located geographically. The sea feels, sounds and smells like it is at your doorstep - because it is. Our group consisted of our three daughters and their families. 7 Grandchildren in all, average age of 4.5 years old - ranging from 10 months to 9 years old. We all enjoyed the spacious yard, pool and our rooms. The home is capable of accommodating this many (including bathrooms) but the narrow, steep and hard stairs are a hazard. The kitchen is great by European standards. For extended stays FYI the clothes dryer is a traditional drying rack. Their house keeper is top notch - was crucial piece of the equation for us. She also helped us find a baby sitter. Their recommended chef was of equal quality and we highly recommend using him. The hosts/owners of the property are very friendly, communicate in English perfectly and addressed our every need and question All in all we loved the home, Baiona and Galicia in general Jeff Jones & Family

Heel fijn huis met onvergetelijk uitzicht

Het huis is heel goed uitgerust, de keuken ook. Tuin, zwembad en terras zijn geweldig, en het uitzicht is fenomenaal. De weg waaraan het huis ligt is niet heel druk, en we hadden er eigenlijk geen last van; het huis is helemaal gericht op de tuin en de zee. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en vers brood waren heel fijn en maakten de vakantie nog meer ontspannen. Echt een aanrader

Una casa fantástica, unas vistas increíbles, limpieza todos los días, pan en la puerta de buena mañana y unas propietarias amabilísimas. A 30 minutos andando de Baiona, un paseo precioso aunque vaya al lado de la carretera accesible para cochecitos y sillas de ruedas. Muy cerca de un restaurante muy recomendable: O Rizon. No os perdáis las navajas, las almejas y el rape!

We passed two weeks in a group of 12 people (3 Families) and had a wonderful time in the beautiful, large house that is situated directly by the atlantic sea. Every evening we could hear the wonderful sound of the waves. Checkin and checkout was very professional. Theresa is very kind and helpful. We can recommend the villa very much. It‘s like paradise.

We really enjoyed our holiday. A little updating of the house would make it truly special! Good communication from Teresa. The garden and view are spectacular! Lots of fabulous restaurants a short drive or taxi ride away (taxis very reasonable). Beautiful beaches also a short drive. Recommend the speedboat ride to the Cies Islands. So pleased we headed off to Northern Spain - many thanks Teresa.

We were a group of 14 and we had an amazing weekend! The house is amazing, enough space for everyone, and the garden and the view are breathtaking! The rooms are very confortable. The kitchen is fully equiped, with everything we needed to cook, even for barbecue. Teresa, the host, is super nice and welcoming. Always available and cheerfull. We were all very happy to choose to stay at this place!

Lovely house, great location!

We had a fantastic time here, with our large family group. Teresa was so helpful and very prompt in responding to questions. The house is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Lovely bedlinen, lovely Molton Brown products in the bathrooms. There are some great restaurants and proper ice cream shops a short drive away in Baiona. We would definitely come back!

Amazing house

Amazing house with great amenities, location is just incredible, right on the ocean. Each room has sea view, kitchen is fully equipped, bedrooms are very good size with everything you need, fast internet service. The owners, Teresa and Sara are amazing, trying to do everything to accommodate their guests. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Amazing house!

I stayed at this house with some friends for a week in September while we attended Baiona's boat race, and we were really lucky to choose it! We were searching for a nice house in which all of us (10 persons) could stay that was close enough to the port, but we found much more: The house itself is amazing, it is a huge classic construction recently adapted with everything you could possibly need, it has an enormous garden with a big swimming pool with a view to the sea (I always wanted to have this!). There is also plenty of sitting space outdoors in order to enjoy a nice meal. On the inside, rooms were much more spacious than we thought, it was really comfortable, and bathrooms were very nice (for me this is quite important), and we got cool amenities! Common areas were great, as we had plenty of space in the living rooms, and, although we didn't need the fireplace, I'm sure it would be great to enjoy them in the cold months. Also, we had filled a shopping list with our reservation, so at our arrival we had all the food we needed. Although we were quite busy with the Regatta, we enjoyed a nice bike trip (you can grab two bikes that are already at the house). Overall, the house exceeded our expectations by far!

Magnífica casa y atención

Estuvimos en esta casa pasando una semana en mayo mi familia y yo y nos encantó. Está gestionada casi como un hotel de alta gama y a un precio bastante asequible teniendo en cuenta todo lo que ofrecen. La comunicación con los propietarios fue siempre muy rápida y buena. Nada más llegar, nos obsequiaron con una serie de productos locales para que los conociéramos y probáramos. Otro detalle que nos encantó es que recibíamos pan fresco a diario. El panadero nos lo dejaba todas las mañanas en nuestra puerta. A 5 minutos en coche del centro de Baiona. La recomendaría sin duda!
